    * ACLU, NAACP join group’s effort to block immigration petition (6-18-10)
    * Immigration reform petition filed in Nevada (5-28-10)

A complaint has been filed challenging the validity of an immigration reform petition in Nevada because of an invalid address.

The complaint filed Tuesday with the secretary of state's office alleges Republican Assemblyman Chad Christensen of Las Vegas doesn't have a valid address to reach him and his petition advocacy group.

Christensen named himself resident agent for the petition drive, and provided his U.S. Senate campaign office address. But he lost the GOP Senate race primary.

Christensen has vowed to collect the required 97,002 signatures by Nov. 9 to have his "Nevada Immigration Verification" initiative considered by the 2011 Legislature.

A business group challenging the petition in state court in Carson City says it has been unable to serve Christensen with legal papers.

In a color blind (yeah right) America there should be no naacp, nor la raza or any other racial advocate groups.

With passage of the civil rights laws the naacp should have been put out of business

La raza is nothing but a mouthpiece for illegals and the mexican reconquista
they should be disbanded , their leaders charged with treason and sedition and either kicked out or given the appropriate penalties due traitors.

This is why patriotic Americans need to create one, or many, tax exempt organizations that are run like the anti-American groups (aclu, la raza, naacp, etc), so that EVERYONE'S voice is heard in America.

American patriots can somehow, and deserve to, have their own tax exempt advocacy organization (with legal counsel) that can stand up against every anti-American group.

Especially those based in race bating for the benefit of self victimization of ONE RACE for each group - like la raza and the naacp.

The aclu has nothing to do with pro-American support and defense, and are equally as racist as la raza and the naacp.

Martin Luther King and Cesar E. Chavez never wanted these anti-American pro ONE RACE over other races thug groups.
