Surgeon sues after being labeled a ‘terrorist’ for donating to Trump

A trauma surgeon claims he was falsely labeled a “terrorist” with ties to late Libyan dictator Moammar Khadafy — all because he donated $2,700 to Donald Trump.

Dr. Rafik Benaissa of North Dakota says in his new Manhattan federal court lawsuit that he was called a “major benefactor” to Trump who “conducted major business dealings” with Khadafy in exchange for hundreds of millions of dollars, in a press release by the Democratic Coalition Against Trump.

The release, which is still on the group’s Web site, also accused Benaissa of being an “actual supporter of terrorist regimes,” according to the lawsuit.

Benaissa claims he was likely targeted by the anti-Trump organization because of his “Middle Eastern-sounding name.” His brother also had been indicted for allegedly using bribes to land contracts for his engineering firm in Libya.

“Like Donald Trump himself, his supporters continue to try to use intimidation to silence their critics. And let’s be clear, that’s the goal of this baseless lawsuit,” said DCAT senior adviser Jarad Geldner, whose organization is based in Manhattan.

LOL!!! So Democrats are attacking voters on their ethnicity??!! Calling someone a terrorist because they support Donald Trump and have a Middle Eastern name??!!!

Oh, I hope he wins his lawsuit and the jury awards him millions and millions of dollars.

I wonder if they put him on the no fly list to restrict his second amendment rights also. The Democrats are big on using the no fly list to restrict gun ownership. This could be a perfect example of their goals. IMO
