Hillary Clinton did not hand over key emails cited in scathing State Department report

A key email from Hillary Clinton to a top State Department aide in 2010 expressing worry that her personal messages could become "accessible" to outsiders is cited in a new inspector general's report on her emails. But Clinton did not turn over that particular email, which was later obtained by the investigators.

The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee was supposed to have turned over all work-related emails to the State Department for public release. That public release was supposedly completed at the end of February.

But the agency's watchdog found three emails never seen before by the public, including Clinton's explanation for why she wanted her emails kept private — "I don't want any risk of the personal being accessible," one of Clinton's emails read in November 2010 — and details of hacking attempts on her personal computer server, written by her former IT director in January 2011.

The existence of these previously unreleased messages — which appear to have been found among electronic files of four former top Clinton State Department aides — renews concerns that Clinton was not completely forthcoming when she turned over a trove of 55,000 pages of work-related emails. And it has drawn fresh criticism from presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

Clinton's physical server is currently being investigated by the FBI.

Clinton first admitted to exclusively using a private email account to send and receive work-related emails while she served as secretary of state in March 2015. The controversy compelled her to hand over roughly 30,000 work-related emails to the State Department, which have been released in batches since last year.

But she deleted about 30,000 additional emails from her server that she says were "personal" in nature before handing it over to the FBI in August, five months after handing over individual emails to the State Department.

Around the time she handed over the server, a House committee requested access to it to ensure that she had not deleted any work-related emails.

But her lawyer, David Kendall, told the committee that Clinton aides had changed the server's settings so that only emails she sent and received in the previous 60 days would be saved.

An inspector general's report released Wednesday on email practices within the State Department faulted Clinton and previous secretaries of state for poorly managing email and other computer information, and for slowly responding to new cybersecurity risks.

The report cites "longstanding, systemic weaknesses" related to communications that precede Clinton's appointment as secretary of state. The State Department singled out Clinton's failures as "more serious," however, according to the Associated Press.

"At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act," the report reads.

BREAKING: State Dept. Inspector General Releases Clinton Report: GUILTY

In a report published to lawmakers Wednesday, the State Department inspector general determined that Hillary Clinton did not comply with the agency’s policies on records.

According to Politico, the report specially pointed to Clinton for her “exclusive use of private email.”

Specifically, the report set forth the following:

“Secretary Clinton should have preserved any Federal records she created and received on her personal account by printing and filing those records with the related files in the Office of the Secretary. At a minimum,

Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department’s policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act.”

In other words, Hillary Clinton was guilty of violating not only clear departmental policy, but also federal lawthat had been in place since 1950.

The report went further than just to conclude that Clinton misused private emails.

In fact the report makes the clear finding that Clinton and her aids went out of their way to hinder the investigators from discovering the truth.

Politico received a copy of the report which stated: “Clinton and her top aides chose not to cooperate …”

The report was based on interviews with such high profile names as Secretary of State John Kerry, and former Secretaries Madeleine Albright, Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice. Despite their willing involvement,

Clinton refused to be interviewed but the State Department inspector general.

Clinton did not act alone in her obstruction. The bombshell report called out her top aids Huma Abedin, Jake Sullivan and Cheryl Mills for not cooperating as well, according to Politico.

Clinton remained under FBI investigation for her part in the ongoing email scandal and her private server.

It remained unclear how big of an impact this revelation will have among the head-in-the-sand liberals who continue to believe Hillary Clinton can do no wrong. They malign Trump’s harsh words but ignore Clinton’s 30-year legacy of criminal scandal, deception and lackluster list of accomplishments.

This report will no doubt be buried by the mainstream media, so it will be up to true patriots to spread the truth.

So when people are saying she was incompetent as a Secretary of State, they’re absolutely correct and right on the mark because of this alone. She has ambassadors all around the world trying to communicate with her and she’s cut herself off.

Mills’ testimony revealed that one of Mrs. Clinton’s defenses was a lie.

NAPOLITANO: Mrs. Clinton in her press conferences, the few that she’s given, said “don’t worry about it because everything was stored and its searchable, all of my emails.” Cheryl Mills revealed in the deposition earlier this week, it was not searchable, that they couldn’t find this stuff because it had gone through Mrs. Clinton’s private server.

What does this mean? All of this means that she frustrated the ordinary operations of the State Department, which she was in charge of because she was terrified of the president, the rest of the State Department, the media and the public knowing what she was doing. It is crystal clear that the motivation for all of this was her incredible desire to avoid the Freedom of Information Act, to keep from the president, the rest of the State Department and the public what she was doing as Secretary of State, which is a violation of the law.

Hillary Clinton continues to get away with it with the support of Obama because I believe the entire Obama Administration communicates with each
other using personal email accounts to hide their corruption.
