A Response to LaRaza’s Janet Murguia: It’s Not Racist to Demand that Law be Enforced

A Response to LaRaza’s Janet Murguia: It’s Not Racist to Demand that Law be Enforced

    Published on: September 9, 2014

Every now and again, there are things that happen that causes a “ranting” or the “pitching of a hissy fit” or what some would call a “conniption.” Today’s little fit is courtesy of none other than National Council of La Raza Spokeswoman Janet Murguia. In an interview with MSNBC’s Jose Diaz-Balart, Murguia had this to say regarding Obama’s promise of amnesty.
“We, as a community, expect him to fulfill his promises. The president, in March, when we asked him to take administrative action, asked us to wait, because there was still going to be a chance for some legislative action. And we waited then.”

“And now, there are some Senate Democrats who are asking us to wait again! You know, we’re done waiting. We’ve waited long enough. Every day that we wait, 1,100 lives are shattered as a result of deportation and separation.”

“The time for waiting has come and gone. We really need to see action now.”

“The president has legal authority to step in and act. And that’s what we have to look to today. And that’s what we’re expecting. We just need him to do what he said he would do, and act.”
Lady, you need to go get a copy of the Constitution and read it. This is not a dictatorship, despite what this piece of fungus in the White House is trying to do to this country. This is not even a democracy. This is a Constitutional republic founded “by the people, for the people and of the people” governed by the Supreme Law of the Land – The Constitution of the United States of America. The president, now nor any in the past, has ever had the authority to unilaterally “rule” on immigration and naturalization. That is a power reserved to the legislative body – the Congress. Any “action” pursued by the president alone is usurpation, illegal, criminal, unconstitutional and deserving of removal from office, then trial by jury for his crimes.
According to the Constitution, Ma’am, the president has the responsibility to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” For your information, this means the immigration and naturalization laws duly passed by Congress and authorized by the Constitution as a duty of the federal government. According to Article 1, Section 8, the Legislative Branch, Congress, not the president, has the power “to establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization….”

If you are so worried about deportation and separation, you should be promoting legal immigration so that doesn’t happen. Instead, you support criminals, criminal behavior and further violations in order to stop a “perceived” injustice caused by those criminals you support. And the wheels on the bus go round and round.

Maybe you should be stressing “personal responsibility” to those you back. In fact, maybe you need to find some yourself. If these individuals had not violated the immigration law in the first place, they wouldn’t be faced with deportation and separation. They created the problem; now, you want everyone to look the other way giving them a pass on breaking the law. These people need to take responsibility for their actions, which means suffering the consequences. You advocate the violation of law of the country in which you reside to stem the problems of deportation and separation created by violators of the law.

You speak of a “dereliction of duty” by Republicans; yet, you advocate further dereliction of duty in expecting a president to circumvent the legislature in granted “amnesty.” Lady, you are a hypocrite typical of the left-leaning trash that litters this country and one of the “useful idiots” being paraded about in order to hasten the downfall of this republic. You neither care for the law nor support the “rule of law.” Get over yourself.

If you are a citizen of these United States, you should understand that we are all Americans – not “La Raza,” not African-American, Latin-American, Italian-American, or any other “blank dash American” qualifier some individuals are choosing in order to distinguish themselves as special. Your “group” chooses not to assimilate into the American culture of individual liberty based on God-given inalienable rights, but, instead wants to see this country function in the same manner as the cesspool you left with dictatorial mandates infringing on the rights of individuals. Your “illegal alien” ilk milks dry the American public while “demanding” Americans recognize “your perceived right” to citizenship. To put it bluntly, Ma’am, there is no “right” to citizenship to those who seek immigration legally or those who apply for citizenship. Citizenship, extended to those not born into US citizenship through natural or naturalized citizens, is a privilege, not a right, granted by the people through our government. You have no right to demand it, take it, expect it or lobby for it where illegal alien criminals are concerned.

Make no mistake about it, Lady, Americans support “legal” immigration. We welcome those who believe in our rule of law, the Constitution, support for individual God-given inalienable rights and equality under the law. We do not, however, welcome those who would seek to “demand” impunity from criminal behavior. In case it has escaped you, violation of the law, including immigration law, is criminal and punishable by law.

The groups that you support includes criminal organizations intent on murdering, raping, stealing and ravaging the citizens of this nation for their own gain through drug and human trafficking, along with other activities that violate our laws, while they suck on the government teat of public assistance. There are countless homeless Americans, including children, and unemployed citizens, through no fault of their own, trying to survive, not live, on nothing while being witness to illegals receiving Medicaid, Social Security payments, welfare and housing supplements. How dare you demand anything for those here illegally!

You may believe that people, like me, who feel this way are “racist.” So be it. I don’t care. It is not racist to expect all individuals in this country to be treated equitably under the law. Why should Americans give preference to illegal alien criminals over those seeking legal immigration? Don’t hand Americans any more male cow manure. They’ve had enough. Anyone with half a brain can see what is taking place along our southern border states in counties that are heavily infiltrated with illegal aliens.

Regardless, anyone who is in this country illegally should be deported – that is the law, period, end of story. That applies to grandmothers, children, husbands, fathers, wives, women, men and gangs. It’s called equity of the law, where everyone is equal and no favoritism based on any identifiable status occurs. The immigration laws also protect our nation and its people from being demolished through invasion of hostile groups. If you don’t like that, go back to whatever country you or your family came from. Stop trying to carve out “special status” in order to establish inequitable law. Isn’t that what these “illegals” purportedly left – countries whose governments enforce law unequally? Yet, you advocate inequity of the law in a country known for “all men being equal in the eyes of the law.”

Of course, you will never understand this country, as you have not bothered for one second to understand our Constitution, whether you are a citizen or not. You support the culture of inequity and lawlessness; in fact, you may have come from a country steeped in it. I don’t know and I don’t care. You are comfortable with supporting impunity for criminals, inequity of the law, and have difficulty functioning on an equal footing, under the law, with everyone else. That, in essence, makes you an enemy of the US – a person guilty of insurrection against “we the people,” who are STILL the creators of the federal government creature. And it is “we the people,” the citizens of the US, who will uphold our Constitution and laws abiding by it.

So, Lady, take your demands and shove them!

These people don't want the laws enforced, they are law breakers and criminals they have no courage, no decency, they only understand theft, lies, abuse, stealing and illegality of life, all to further their gains over another persons rights.. They wouldn't understand the Constitution, Liberty, Right, Wrong, Principle, and all that goes with that. They are totally incapable understanding all that is America, they can never fit in and never will.
