On Monday, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto and Guatemalan president Otto Perez Molina held a joint press conference in Playas de Catazaja, Mexico, to officially announce an agreement to make it easier for those making the illegal journey to the United States from Central America, to cross into Mexico.

The Southern Border Program to Improve Passage, will provide for more border checkpoints along Mexico's border with Guatemala, and offer more protection and even emergency medical care to those making their way north. The illegal aliens will receive a so-called Regional Visitor's Card, according to El Universal.

Officially, the program will grant the cards to only illegal aliens from Guatemala and Belize, allowing them to remain in Mexico's southern states for 72 hours (more than enough time to reach the U.S./Mexican border by train). While, those two countries share a border with Mexico, the program will undoubtedly benefit anyone who makes it to the border, which would explain why our Border Patrol stations are currently overflowing with illegal aliens from El Salvador and Honduras as well.

The program will also give special protection and even financial assistance to unaccompanied minors now pouring across our border. Of course, these efforts, chiefly by the Mexican government, will only increase the number of illegal aliens coming to this country by the thousands, now on a daily basis.

The official announcement only confirms what many of us have known all along...the current chaos on the border which the Obama administration has sympathetically (and dishonestly) characterized as a "humanitarian crisis," only exists due to collusion between the governments of Mexico, Guatemala and likely the United States.

You see, unlike the United States, Mexico actually defends their southern border...

In September 2010, the head administrator of the Mexican Superintendency of Tax Administration, Raul Diaz, told the Inter-Press Sevice (IPS) that his government was building a wall in the state of Chiapas, along the Mexican/Guatemalan border. The official reason given was to stop contraband from coming into Mexico, but as Diaz readily admitted: "It could also prevent the free passage of illegal immigrants."

Furthermore, Article 33 of the Mexican Constitution states:
The President of the Republic shall have the power to expel from national territory any foreigner, according to the law and after a hearing. The law shall establish the administrative procedure for this purpose, as well as the place where the foreigner should be detained and the time for that. Foreigners may not in any way participate in the political affairs of the country.

Of course, in the U.S. illegal aliens are not only free to stay without fear of deportation, but they now protest openly, regularly invading Congressional field offices to demand amnesty legislation, as well as actually physically blocking the entrances and exits of the Washington D.C. headquarters of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement headquarters in 2013.

Obviously, the American people are under daily assault from foreign invaders, bringing with them crime and disease, but the bigger threat is from government corruption, both foreign and domestic...governments that manufacture crises which threaten to "fundamentally transform" ours into a Third World nation in less than a generation.

Violent MS-13 Gang Members Leave Graffiti on Bathroom Walls of Nogales Border Patrol Processing Center

    Katie Pavlich | Jul 08, 2014

An internal Border Patrol executive summary obtained by Townhall confirms that at least 16 unaccompanied illegal minors (those under the age of 18, according to U.S. government policy), are members of the brutal El Salvadorian street gang Mara Salvatrucha—or MS-13.

Gang members left graffiti on the walls of the Nogales Border Patrol processing center, which suggested they had ties to the organization.

"Border Patrol Agents (BPAs) and Customs and Border Protection Officers (CBPOs), assigned to The Nogales Placement Center (NPC), discovered that 16 unaccompanied alien children (13 El Salvadoran males, two Guatelmalan males and one Honduran male) currently being held at the NPC are members of Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13). The MS-13 gang members admitted to their gang associations following a discovery of graffiti at the NPC. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), and the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) were notified," the summary states. "Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), and the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) were notified."

The FBI describes MS-13 activity as "perpetuating violence—from assaults to homicides, using firearms, machetes, or blunt objects—to intimidate rival gangs, law enforcement, and the general public. They often target middle and high school students for recruitment. And they form tenuous alliances...and sometimes vicious rivalries...with other criminal groups, depending on their needs at the time."

It was reported earlier that these MS-13 gang members, some of whom have admitted to murder and torture in their home countries, are being held for placement inside the United States.

"But remember, this is a 'humanitarian crisis.' They are just kids," a source working in the Nogales processing center said in frustrated and sarcastic tone. "They are MS-13 gang members. They've done everything from torture to murder. They act as teenage 'enforcers.'"

The so called leaders of these other countries must be laughing as they count their millions that we give them in aid, as they count the millions and collective billions in remittances back to their countries, as they wave bye bye to millions of low educated, poor, unskilled, sick citizens, who will no longer be a burden to their countries, and as the costs to send any of them back will be borne by us.

They are smart there, we are dumb here.
    Matthew 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Critics Slam Mexico-Guatemala Pact That Aims to Ease Migrants' Trek

Opponents are blasting a new agreement between Mexico and Guatemala that aims to help Central Americans making the trip north to illegally enter the United States.

According to a report Tuesday in El Universal, a major Venezuelan newspaper, Guatemalan President Otto Pérez Molina and Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto outlined a "Southern Border" program designed to bolster security and protect migrants on their way north.

The program includes initiatives to organize border checkpoints and strengthen security cooperation between Mexican and Guatemalan authorities to make sure migrants are protected against criminal groups, the article reports.

The program will give the migrants a "free visitor card" that allows them to stay in four of Mexico's southern states for up to 72 hours, and will provide special attention to thousands of unaccompanied children making the dangerous journey to the United States, according to the report.

The Examiner's Dave Gibson complained the program does nothing to staunch the influx, and in fact "will only increase the number of illegal aliens coming to this country by the thousands, now on a daily basis."

"The official announcement only confirms what many of us have known all along ... the current chaos on the border, which the Obama administration has sympathetically (and dishonestly) characterized as a 'humanitarian crisis,' only exists due to collusion between the governments of Mexico, Guatemala, and likely the United States," he wrote.

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh also slammed the migrant program Friday.

"Medical care, protection, not stopping them," he said, according to a transcript of the Southern Border plan.

"They're going to help them and have been helping them along the way.

"So apparently this agreement is between Guatemala and Belize for now, with Mexico. But who can tell where all of these undocumented people are from?"

"They're not just keeping their border open," Limbaugh said of Mexico. "They are facilitating passage."

Even if security was increased to protect migrants from harm on their journey north, they'll still be at risk of exploitation from criminal groups — and even from those who are supposed to protect them, according to a group that advocates research and investigation of organized crime in Latin America and the Caribbean.

InSight Crime reports there have been cases of Mexican officials selling migrants to criminal groups that the Southern Border program doesn't address.
