How does someone report illegal immigrants?

Hello all, I am new to the site and welcome all feedback!

I was just wondering, if there was a case theoretically where I knew of a high concentration of illegal immigrants who would I report this to? Is there a certain agency that would investigate this?

I called DHS a couple months ago to report a business that was hiring illegals. They don't even ask who you are. They will want to know the name of the business, their address and phone number. Also be prepared to explain why you think they are illegal aliens. Because they don't speak english or look foreign, won't cut it. You need to have overheard a conversation (as I did) or been told by someone in the know or even by one of the aliens themselves.

You can get PAID to turn in employers from of all places, the IRS. Just download Form 211 from them, or fill it out online. It's EASY. The reward is a percentage of the employers unpaid taxes, so make sure they're paying under the table first.

    Hey, I'm disappointed.

Why has nobody given this user a link to this info in our ALIPAC Action Panel?

Could someone else do that please? The ALIPAC Action Panel resources should be at everyone's fingertips to provide to people when they come here seeking assistance.

Is not our goal to have trained activists that can provide assistance 24/7?

All of our online activists should know our websites resources well and stand ready to provide them to others quickly.

Every single disgruntled legal resident/citizen calls the USCIS regarding illegals working there, and they are not always illegals but merely legal residents with accents. Most of the time it is a hoax, so I don't think they actually take these reports seriously unless it is on a large scale (i.e. Walmart). It is a game of cry-wolf. After a while, there are so many false alarms that they don't really look into it as they should, a good example of this are those home security systems. The police know these things go off without inicident all the time, most of the time they take their sweet time especially during peak crime hours, I would know I have a police scanner and hear this stuff all the time, bank alarms go off, home alarms and 99% of the time it is a no-incident call (although they respond quicker to bank alarms).

When working for my former employer, it was more than obvious that the whole kitchen staff was undocumented. Heck even one of the bartenders was undocumented. The customers knew it, the employees knew it. We even had a fellow from the former INS at the bar, or so he said but I did not ask for a badge since the boss was around and I didn't wanna risk getting on his bad side. I remember once one of the cooks came out of the kitchen drunk as a skunk and the other was assisting him with walking to the basement to sit him down. The stairway to the basement is on the other side of the restaurant so everybody witnessed it. I am certain a lot of these USCIS employees at at such restaurants and simply look the other way. It would be a miracle if you walk into a restaurant in New York and not see undocumented workers.

    Wow

Wow guys, thank you very much. I had no idea that there were so many resources for such a thing. I almost feel guilty as there were a couple of the illegals that were actually very nice.

The fact is, they are illegal and they are earning and sucking up hundreds of man hours that hard-working Americans should have to support their families with, and being the Winter time at a shore resort is taxing enough. I am not out to get anybody but I will file report (s) with several of the agencies listed if not out of curiosity to make sure something is done about the issue. I no longer work at the place of employment sited as I my brother and I were fired for a wrongful reason. My brother has a family with a 2 year old child and is now unemployed due to being pushed out by not enough hours left for him to work because of illegals with 70+ hours a week paid by cash under the table who work every possible second of the day, they barely sleep. They then go back to Mexico and live like kings for 7 months out of the year and then hop the border to come back adn earn more cash! I am sick and tired of this, and now my brother's family is paying dearly during the cold months of grandpa winter.

Thank you sincerely everybody and I really do hope that something is done about this.
