    No. Just call the number, you don't have to leave your name or anything. There are sometimes long hold times because of so many people calling but they will answer.

    Every single disgruntled legal resident/citizen calls the USCIS regarding illegals working there, and they are not always illegals but merely legal residents with accents.
    Or at least cleverly forged papers.........

    can't she sue for wrongful termination if she and her brother can show they were fired b/c the employer wanted cheap labor via illegals vs them?

    I don't know that she can sue but if her brother can prove wrongful termination due to discrimination he sure can.
