October 20, 2007 — How Many Illegal Aliens Are in the United States? Introduction by Wayne Lutton, The Social Contract.
Census Bureau estimates of the number of illegals in the U.S. are suspect and may represent significant undercounts. The studies presented by these authors show that the numbers of illegal aliens in the U.S. could range from 20 to 38 million.
On October 3, 2007, a press conference and panel discussion was hosted by Californians for Population Stabilization (http://www.CAPSweb.org) and The Social Contract ( http://www.TheSocialContract.com ) to discuss alternative methodologies for estimating the true numbers of illegal aliens residing in the United States.
This is a presentation of five panelists presenting at the National Press Club, Washington, D.C. on October 3, 2007. The presentations are broken into a series of video segments: http://www.thesocialcontract.com/docs/c ... 7oct03.pdf
For complete articles on the topic, see the Summer, 2007 issue of The Social Contract. http://www.thesocialcontract.com/artman ... ndex.shtml

I've always used this website when looking for up to date info. on the Illegal Population...
http://www.immigrationcounters.com/
I read an article a few years back (Border Patrolmans Blog).
He said : For every ONE Illegal Captured... THREE Get Past! So, for a pretty good Idea of the yearly count, just find out the Apprehensions in a State or District and Multiply that by 3.
Our Country is being INVADED, and The Powers That Be do not Care, AT ALL!<div>MY eyes HAVE seen the GLORY... And that GLORY BELONGS to US... We the PEOPLE!</div>

1986 Republican President Ronald Reagan and a Democratic Congress granted "a pathway to citizenship" to all illegal aliens in the United States of America -- about 3 million. Americans were angry about illegal immigration, and had wanted deportation. Both Democrats and Republicans promised that the "plan" citizenship, and a "protected border" and enhanced enforcement of anti illegal laws such as businesses hiring illegals. Sound familiar?
http://www.nytimes.com/1987/04/06/us/us ... liens.html
http://www.usamnesty.org/ (they support amnesty but look at their numbers in the first paragraph 12-20 million illegals and not 10 million as many illegal lovers suggest. Also look at the first two paragraphs /laugh)
Actions 1986 started a FLOOD of illegals due to a promise of more "paths to citizenship" to come. In 2001 (7 million illegals and 4.1% unemployment) George W. Bush announced that he was friendly to the immigration community and Mexico so he relaxed border security and INS enforcement. In 2010 there are about 18 to 23 MILLION ILLEGAL aliens in the United States. The math for it is 15-20 million in 2005 adding 700,000 per year from 2006 until today.

i) July of 2005, the U.S. Border Patrol Local 2544 stated on their website that “There are currently 15 to 20 million illegal aliens in this country by many estimates, but the real numbers could be much higher and the numbers increase every day because our borders are not secure…
ii) The Department of Homeland Security estimated in December 2003 that 700,000 new illegals enter and stay each year. The amnesty and relaxing of enforcement has led to 23 MILLION illegal aliens today -- in addition to the already LEGAL 40 million immigrants in the United States. 23 + 40 = 63 Million first generation immigrants in a Nation of 300 million (21% immigrants). Get it yet? 1986 - 3 million illegals then amnesty -- 2001 - 8 million illegals then relaxation of enforcement -- 2010 - 23 million illegals IN ADDITION to the 40 million LEGAL immigrants since 1980...

Many of these illegal immigrants have delusions they are divinely entitled to colonize the U.S. – and not just the states bordering Mexico, but Chicago and the East Coast as well. Latinos talk openly of a reconquista, an effort to reclaim the American Southwest that once belonged to Mexico - the southwest United States is called Aztland.

Reconquista is very much ingrained into the spanish language and thinking.

Reconquista is a myth believed by illegal immigration. This is wrong because their Latino ancestors did not own land. They were serfs of the Roman Catholic Church and large landholders. Their ancestors labored as landless peons for Spanish colonial landlords who were later relieved of their lands by 19th-century Anglo-Americans.

The United States accepts more LEGAL immigrants each year than all other nations of the world combined. We allow foreigners to own land here, invest here, own businesses here unlike south of the border. 40 million first generation immigrants are here now, and millions are LEGALLY waiting in line. What about their little babies crying "mama when can we go to the United States? We have waited so long and I am hungry please let's just go so we can have food stamps." Those poor little children of legally waiting immigrants deserve a better chance. Granting citizenship to those that break the law will only send the wrong message about how things work in America AGAIN. We already know our politicians and tycoons feel laws do not apply to them, so it is only natural they want to reward those who break the law with citizenship.
Secure the Borders - Severly punish employers that hire illegals -- Remove incentives and rewards to illegals: licenses, welfare, schooling, foodstamps, free medico -- Enforce existing laws and deport illegal aliens.

I could see 22 million but it would include anchor babies and quasi legals that being people in violation of their legal visas.
The people whose names you mention with their video clips are with CAPSweb a group who are privately considered a lunatic fringe by the more recognized organizations in the field.I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Some people are allowed to be here legally but not allowed to work like spouses of temporary immigrants who are allowed to be here as dependents and students working off campus without a waiver. If they are in violation of their legal visas they fall under a heading I call quasi legal. .
