    What is suprising is that any of these guys could vote for it again after knowing what a failure amnesty has always been! It only leads to more illegal migration across the border.

    What surprises me is that Kennedy and McCain voted against it. I though I heard Kennedy voted for it all those years ago. But I know this has to be right. I found this in Lou Dobb's website.

    whats even more funny is Kennedy helped write the damn 86 bill
    and still voted NO on it.. makes no sense

    Traitors voted AGAINST it because they thought they would actually ENFORCE part of it.......the part about employer sanctions.
