Huckabee and his supporters always seem to point out that Romney's attacking him. The already nascent Huck-a-bust will undoubtedly be blamed on Romney by Huck and his supporters. However . . . I don't think that Romney had anything to do with the fact that essentially every conservative with a microphone or blog has been railing against Huckabee for the last few weeks. Need some evidence?:

You can just hear and feel all of these conservative/GOP icons pleading with the voters: "PLEASE DON'T MAKE US TRY TO DEFEND THIS GUY!!!" (should he be the nominee).

Conclusion: Huckabee's not a full-spectrum conservative and the GOP would be unwise to give him the nomination. Romney has had to point out the un-conservative spots in Huck's record because the MSM/DNC axis sure hasn't been (they want him as the GOP nominee) and because McCain and Rudy want Huck to win Iowa to stifle Romney's path to the nomination. However, Romney is hardly alone in pointing out Huckabee's worrisome record.

The huckster is self destructing and the Clinton attack machine must be going into overdrive trying to re-strategize. Did they honestly believe that Huckabee could go the whole nine yards???? He's not going more than another foot or two!

candidates are CFR
But I don't think theres much we can do about it , I don't think
you'll get an argument from anybody that its not a good thing but
If you have an answer to one not getting elected please share it with us.

I have not heard one "R" talk about what to do with the 38M already here...only that they believe in enforcing the border. Guiliana wants to get rid of 1M criminal illegals, but never said anything about the rest of them; McCain...well we all know where he stands; and Romney wants a path to citizenship; and Huckabee, well..."they are all God's children"!

I am only interested in what they plan to do with ALL of them. It's so easy for them to say they want border enforcement and employer sanctions, but we know what happened to the Secure Border Act and we know they will NEVER get an E-Verify system....but then maybe I'm just a cynical skeptic. Or best shot at ending the invasion are Hunter or Paul. Unless either picks up a huge groundswell of momentum from one of the early caucauses, we'll be lucky if we can get Romney instead of McCain, Huckabee or Ghuliani.
