And that's exactly why we don't need CAFTA. Illegal immigration from Mexico to the US has increased DRASTICALLY since NAFTA went into effect so anyone who isn't BLIND can see that these trade agreements just don't work. All NAFTA did was offer incentives for American businesses to go south of the border while still encouraging the Mexicans to go north of the border. CAFTA will be no different.
