After ordering an early withdrawal of U.S. troops from the Middle East and creating a huge power vacuum there by toppling the dictators there one by one, such as Egypt's Mubarak and Libya's Qaddafi (Syria's Assad would have been next in line had Russia's Putin not come to his rescue), Hussein Obama along with Hillary Clinton, John McCain, and Lindsey Graham directly created ISIS by providing weapons and logistic supports to the Free Syrian Army (FSA), which is essentially ISIS without its flag.
