Is it time to start a formal Boycott?

With the interference from the Mexican Government into our sovereignty, is it time to start a formal boycot against Mexican made goods? I'm thinking most prominently, Corona Beer being the first target.

My wife and I used to travel to Mexico on a regular basis. We went over 20 times to tourist and non-toursist areas. We enjoyed our trips and liked helping the GOOD people of Mexico. We realized about 3 years ago that our city was being invaded and it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that this mass deportation was being orchestrated by Vincente Fox.

We will never return to Mexico. We refuse to spend a single dime in such a corrupt country, contributing to the ongoing corruption. Here at home, we have personally boycotted Mexican Beer, tequila (we now drink Puerto Rican Rum instead), food from Mexico and anything else that would contribute to the Mexican economy.

If everyone in this country who has concern about illegal immigration stopped travelling to Mexico and went to Costa Rica, the Bahamas or another tropical location, think about how much money that would remove from their economy. If everyone who went to order a Corona, stopped and ordered a Sam Adams, think what that would do to their exports. If every time you chose food from anywhere but Mexico, what impact would that have?

So I ask you, should we have a Boston Tea Party with Corona beer? Would a formal boycott of the Corona brand as a start have an impact on Mexico? Would it send a signal? I assume most of us have already done this but if it were formal, it would make non-activists think as well.

    What do you think?

It's a great idea and more of us should do it. Hurt them in the pocketbook and they will stand up and take notice.

Most companies I have worked for over the last several years have sales incentive trips. Usually, these turn out to be at resorts in Mexico. If companies stopped booking these trips and went somewhere else, that would hurt.

Reason all those trips are to Mexico is because Mexico is the cheapest destination out of all warm weather resorts. They can't command the high prices other resorts get, wonder why.

Yuck....I don't like beer, so I guess I'm already boycotting it.

But I will (and do) boycott anything made in Mexico.

I don't buy Mexican goods at all. I will never vacation their again either.

They are completely disregarding our laws, sovereignty and committing crimes against our country and citizens!
