DHS (ICE) needs to apprehend folks like Jose Vargas wherever and whenever they find them! To ignore loud mouths like Vargas just ends up making things more difficult in the long run.

Yes I totally agree. Border Patrol apprehended him in 2014, he was arrested going through a BP check-point near McAllen, Texas. He was released because he didn't have any history of criminal activity. ICE should not only arrest him but also his grandparents who harbored him in this country in violation of US immigration law since he was 12 when he was sent here by his parents from the Philippines on a tourist visa.

Since he has already had a visa for a short-term stay of some sort and violated the terms, he is a visa-overstay, a Trump high priority, and doesn't require a deportation hearing. ICE can pick him up and deport him immediately. At least that's my understanding of the visa-overstay rules.

Wake Up ICE, find him and get him out of here. He's not a DACA, he doesn't qualify as a "DREAMER", there is no reason he is still in our country.

GO GET HIM AND GET HIM OUT OF HERE!!
