Democrats facing a tough midterm election are on the warpath – doing everything in their power to stop Voter ID laws in their tracks. The Obama Department of Justice has declared war on Texas and South Carolina – inventing non-existent “racial discrimination” to block popular voter ID laws in those states.

Obama has dispatched Joe Biden and Bill Clinton to attack voter ID and declare it “racist”. And the NAACP is holding rallies against requiring ID at the polls (even though they actually required photo ID to attend of of their anti-photo ID rallies).
And always, we hear the bleating of activists that “there’s no significant voter fraud in America” . Meanwhile, Democrats officials (and their activist allies) are routinely caught committing it. And Roger Hedgecock detailed the extensive effort by the Democrats to commit massive fraud in California in his must-read piece, Stealing the Election of 2012.

And now, an exceptional reporter in Florida has uncovered shocking fraud in that state – registration and voting by non-citizens – which officials had no idea was occurring, since they are prohibited from asking immigration status under the fraud-machine called the Motor Voter Act of 1993.

One Naples voter admitted she was an illegal alien – but election records show she voted six times in the past eleven years.

Investigators found the voter after examining “jury excusal” forms where a person said they couldn’t serve because they were not U.S. Citizens. They took those names and found dozens of those people in the database of Florida registered voters.

Since investigators only checked a very small sample of jury forms, one can only imagine how many thousands, or tens of thousands of illegals statewide who may have voted since the Motor Voter law was passed in 1993. Non-citizen voting is a Federal felony:

“This is under oath, that document, they are attesting that it is true and by falsifying, it’s a third degree felony,” said Tim Durham, Collier County’s deputy chief election supervisor.

The investigation revealed county supervisors of elections have no way to verify citizenship and are not required to ask for proof.

Conservative Tribune — “What voter fraud?” That’s the consistent refrain from Democrats when they attempt to resist efforts to ensure the integrity of our electoral process.

They continue to resist reasonable efforts like voter ID that would help us ensure that you are who you say you are when you go to cast your ballot in one of, if not the most cherished processes in American democracy.

We know that voter fraud exists. In Ohio, a report on voter fraud in the state indicated that there were hundreds of illegal immigrants who had voted in the 2012 presidential election. It’s now been confirmed that this is happening in Florida as well. These are two crucial swing states that decided the 2000 and 2004 elections.

Incredible. When Republicans make attempts to make sure that our elections are held with integrity, Democrats pull the “racism” card and claim that the GOP is trying to disenfranchise minority voters. Of course, this is absurd and patronizing. Only someone who thinks that minorities are too incompetent to obtain an ID would be silly enough to suggest that showing a driver’s license is equivalent to a poll tax or other attempts to disenfranchise minorities.

While the Obama Justice Department mounts a legal challenge against Florida for purging ineligible voters from its rolls, a television news station broadcasts an unbelievable segment that proves non U.S. citizens living in the Sunshine State vote regularly in elections.

The investigative piece was aired this week by an NBC affiliate in southwest Florida that actually tracked down and interviewed non U.S. citizens who are registered to vote and have cast ballots in numerous elections. The segment focused on Lee County, which has a population of about 620,000 and Collier County with a population of around 322,000. The reporter spent about two months digging around the voter rolls in the two counties and the discoveries are dumbfounding.

In that short time, more than 100 people registered to vote in those two areas were proven to be ineligible by the reporter. A Cape Coral woman, eligible to vote in elections, was tracked down through jury excusal forms that verify she’s not a U.S. citizen. A Naples woman, who is not a U.S. citizen either, voted six times in 11 years without being detected by authorities. A Jamaican man is also registered to vote though he’s not eligible. The reporter obtained his 2007 voter registration form, which shows the Jamaican man claims to be a U.S. citizen. Problem is, no one bothers checking to see if applicants are being truthful.

Incredibly, election supervisors confirmed on camera that there’s no way for them to verify the citizenship of people who register to vote. The only way to detect fraud is if the county offices that oversee elections receive a tip, they say, and only then can they follow up. As inconceivable as this may seem, it appears to be true. Election supervisors in counties across the United States have their hands tied when it comes to this sort of voter registration fraud. They neither have the resources nor the authority to take action without knowledge of specific wrongdoing.

In an effort to remedy the situation, Florida Governor Rick Scott launched a program a few years ago to purge ineligible voters from registration rolls. The Department of Justice (DOJ) was quick to sue the state to stop the purging because the agency claims it discriminates against minorities. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) has colluded with the DOJ in Florida and the head of the group’s local chapter says purging voter rolls disproportionately affects the state’s most vulnerable groups, namely minorities.

Judicial Watch has been a leader in investigating voter fraud and in 2012 launched a special Election Integrity Project. As part of the initiative JW has examined publicly available data that indicates that voter rolls in a number of states—including Florida, Mississippi, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, Texas, California, Colorado and Ohio—contain the names of individuals who are ineligible to vote. The JW investigation has showed that there appear to be more individuals on voter registration lists in these states than there are individuals eligible to vote, including dead people.

Illegals treat Americans with contempt, because in their eyes we are contemptible. If they tried this nonsense in Meheeco, Blanco would have them doing hard time. But in our country, the president, himself, prevents lower level officials from even investigating them. So they can keep the jobs that they undercut Americans for, keep the welfare that they're illegally collecting, and continue dropping anchor babies to their hearts content.

Illegals could care less about blacks. Every now and again they'll give lip service to "all minorities," but basically they're in it for themselves - and the people whom they are undercutting for entry level jobs are black Americans. Unfortunately black Americans are led by people who can't see the writing on the wall, not matter how big the letters are.
