Contractors Are Putting Themselves Out of Work
These foolish contractors that support illegal aliens are actually training them to become their competition. The moment the illegal aliens receive a guest worker program or even worse amnesty, the very people that have been hiring them will be put out of business. The illegal aliens will no longer need the jobs that they have been trained to do. They will quit and start a competing business.
Contractors, you are fools to think the illegal aliens are loyal to you. The only reason they come to you is because you will break the law to hire them. You can kiss your company good bye, once the illegal aliens become able to work legally via guest worker programs.
If contractors value their lively hoods, they need to dump the illegal aliens, while they still have a company and income left. They need to join the countless Americans, against guest worker programs, for their own sakes.
Contractors, you will be at the day labor centers, when the servant becomes the master.

Dixie, you are 100% absolutely right. Look at the landscaping companies. That's what happened with them. The companies started hiring illegals and then the next thing you know the illegals are running their own crews with their own equipment. Roofing companies are already 100% illegal crews .. no American Boss Man.
Stupid Employers.
If we didn't have to put up with the illegal aliens being here, it would almost be poetic justice.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT, this is happening in NJ , i saw it for the past 10 years !!! it also hurts the people that do not hire illegals!!!!
lowers the prices of services, most illegals opened their own businesses and do not carry proper insurance coverage and their business practices are cut troat, BELIEVE ME ONE OF THE REASONS I LOST MY BUSINESS THERE, IS THIS, I KNOW IT FIRST HAND!!!!!I will always Stand by the Eagle, I will never betray the Eagle, I am loyal to the Eagle!

Of course they won't hire whites or African Americans because they don't speak Spanish. There have been increased police reports in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties for stolen tools, landscaping equipment and trucks which contained equipment. The trucks are found but the equipment is missing most of the time. I personally know a landscaper who had 3 brand new blowers stolen as well as other equipment. This man, an American who worked a second job to be able to buy more equipment and hire more staff, was working at a condo along with his American employees when the equipment was stolen.

You are correct on that one. Last summer my neighbor hired a contractor to pour a 36 yard driveway. The contractor was hispanic, and the 6 guys on his crew had to be illegal as hell. The contractor told me that in 03 he broke off from the company he worked for to go on his own doing cement.
None of them spoke English except the owner contractor. What's even more infuriating is, one of his workers handed a document to my neighbor to read, and it was an eviction notice from the apartment this worker was living in. The guy couldn't even understand English enough to read his own eviction notice!
To make things worse, 3 days after this huge driveway was installed, it had started cracking all over the place due to this contractor not correctly doing the concentraction cuts. Needless to say, the contractor wouldn't fix anything on it even after he guaranteed his work for a year.
I have photographed many landscaping companies and construction companies and reported them. I sure wish I could find out if they have actually done something."Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting the same results is the definition of insanity. " Albert Einstein.

It is happening here too..
They get the work because they are cut thoats... Tools and equipment will disappear off jobsites around here so much and so often that the company my spouse works for will hire security if they can not strip the forms off a basement that day, if they don't they come to the jobsite the next day to find concrete panels, hardware, spayers etc gone.
They have also started painting everything bright obnoxious colors. If you can read this, thank a teacher.
If you can read this in English, thank a soldier.

This theft stuff does not surprise me. As for finding out if the illegals are still doing landscaping, it may be tough as if you don't see them it means one of two things. They were caught or no longer have the contract they had. I know I called and reported the condo cleaning company we had as some of the illegal teenagers should have been in school. They were caught as were many others as they would be bused in and all of the sudden they were gone and there were less cleaners showing up. None of them spoke English and did a terrible job just as the contractor someone mentioned. They would be talking on the cellphone and mopping the floor with the other hand. This company was caught doing the same thing in other cities in Florida and should be shut down as far as I am concerned.

Good point Dixie.
It cost's illegals next to nothing to start a business because they steal everything they need.
I used to have a one man business repairing commercial landscapers equipment. The landscapers would loose equipment to theft on almost a daily basis, the rare times someone was caught it was always a Mexican. It would happen as fast as a guy going into a 7-11 for a pack of smokes, come out and $1000 worth of equipment would be missing from his truck.
Less then two years after I started the repair business all of my tools were stolen, a lifetime collection that was irreplaceable. Handmade specialty tools, tools passed down from my father, stuff that I had been collecting for 20+ years.
It was two illegal Mexican's that were selling pot to my neighbor. The guy accross the street saw them at 3:00 A.M. commiting the act but he didn't know exactly what was going on until my discovery later that morning.
I filed a report. The cop felt bad for me and even brought some tools to me a few days later that he found in a ditch somewhere but they weren't mine and I declined taking them even though the cop was urging me to do so.
The illegal scum bags dissappeared into the shadows.
