Illegal Border Crossing Is Felony---On 2nd Conviction!

A little know fact about immigration law is that illegal invasion is a misdmeanor on the first conviction, but a felony on subsequent convictions.

The rub is that the GD Bush administration does not prosecute illegal invasions. We have to insist that illegal aliens be arrested and convicted, to get their crime on the record. Then we can work to go after the ones that re-offend and charge them with a felony.

This Battle is NOT lost---we have just begun to fight.

This is incredible, Illegals have many rights like criminals in jail and more than victims and offended civilians involucrated in a crime. :lol:
At this moment i dont undertand that situation.
You know what i mean? Lawyers around the world know that.

I fact i was wodering why felony around the world can generate rights for those people.

Beto, perhaps you misunderstand the meaning of the word Felony. A felony is a federal crime which is considered a greater crime than a misdemeanor which is a local crime. Does that help?
