Any statement lke 25 people a day are killed by illegal aliens should automatically result in the question how many illegal aliens are killed. They are as likely to be victims of property and violent crime as they are perpetrators. Legal immigrants and others are aware of this and see this blindered statistical quotation as a demonization. But at the same time the illegal aliens are not supposed to be living here at all. It is better to attack the illegal alien problem from an angle that does not fall apart quite as easily, their economic impact and the loss of citizens rights to our politicians.


There are amnesty supporter activists and immigration control supporters activists but in the end the outcome is in the hands of a wider public.

The central question for everyone, including the facilitators, illegal alien advocates, the ‘no human being is illegal’ compassion crowd, the open border lobbyists, anarchists, globalists, every legislator and RESPONSIBLE MEDIA REPORTERS is this…Why should even ONE American suffer a crime OF ANY SORT at the hands of an illegal alien? With border security and zero tolerance for illegal immigration, these crimes against our citizens are essentially 100% preventable.

If it goes like it has around here......by their own or gang related. Smugglers etc. It goes with hanging with the criminal element.

You are so right. The kids at my grandaughters high school are livid. Friday they had their graduation ceremony. Across the street from the high school is the Community Park. They could hardly hear anything during the cermony because of the Mexican music being blasted from the park. All the local police were standing around at the gates, and not one of them went across the street and asked the party to turn down their music.

So far crossing the border illegally the FIRST time ranks as a MISDEMEANOR. I think it's time to make a first-time illegal border crossing into the United States a FELONY!

Actually the Republican congress members tried just that. When it caused and uproar, they tried to remove that language BUT the Democrats blocked it so they couldn't take it out. The Democrats used it against the Republicans and thus the 2006 marches in the street. Consequently, the marches have backfired on the open border lobbyists because of all the Mexican flags and bad attitudes in the streets. So the Democrats made a VERY bad move there it has backfired on Feinstein, Kennedy/McCain bill, etc.

Illegal Immigration IS A CRIME:

8 U.S.C. 1325 = illegal entry.
" (a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection;
misrepresentation and concealment of facts Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both."
