A rough trip but lax enforcement by the Obama team makes it easier!

Americans all have at least a small amount of admiration and respect for the illegals, who often trek across the border and withstand major obstacles before they finally arrive in the US. What a great accomplishment!

Sometimes Americans have to ask themselves: “Why did they come?” Did we (US) invite them or did somebody else? How did they learn that America would be such a great free ride, with free breakfast, lunch, and supper along the way to the destination city?

I would suspect that there are at least a few people, including the best paid politicians, who by design think illegals should simply become citizens with no delay, also think that guys like me, and even you are simply “meanies,” because we actually want to keep what we earn. Many fine Americans understand that those who seek to be residents in America are not bad people but have been forced to do extraordinary things to survive to achieve their goal. But, as in any group of people, especially those who have experienced tough times, some interlopers are in fact, really bad people.

Americans are not bad people, and most border jumpers are not bad people. But, every one of the latter has committed a crime. We Americans are in many ways more like the people in the villages from which the new immigrants have escaped. The new guys are looking for gold and silver while we know none exists. We just do not want our towns and villages made any less than what they currently are. And, we do not want them to become the villages to which the new residents have escaped.

When foreign nationals arrive illegally into the U.S, most John Wayne Americans see them as heroes by anybody’s standards. Like a tough video game, they have made it through the brush to the hinterlands to an apparent Nirvana. Americans simply do not want to pay for them or lose their jobs to them.

When coming from Mexico, a not-so-kind country regarding its treatment of border jumpers on its southern side, looking for what is best for them, they are forced to cough up about $2500 in cash to start the ball rolling for immigration support. They get what is called a coyote to help them through the details of getting across. In some way a coyote is like a lawyer who literally takes and active role while also managing the border jump. This is clearly a far better deal than the Chinese foreign nationals, who must fork over about $60,000 per person to make it to the US as illegals.

For those sneaking in over our southern border, they must endure hot days and eventually wind up in the back alley slums called “stash houses,” along with maybe 5,000 others waiting in similar plight ’til nightfall. In the pitch of dark, these brave people submit to an adventure through the hills and the desert with their coyotes—the profiteers noted above who help smuggle aliens into the US.

Life in the US if they succeed may not be really good for an illegal foreign national, but they hope it will be better than the land from which they have escaped.
When they finally get to climb the fences and through some stroke of fate, they are on US soil, they feel like thousands of law enforcement agents, knowing they are coming, are waiting for them across a 2,000 + mile frontier. Before Obama, that actually was the case.

There are not enough agents to keep them all out, and with the Presient’s orders to stand down, there is not much action on the southern US border. In days past, about 1/3 were captured. But, 2/3 of the daily traffic across the whole border, which some estimate at about 20,000 or more migration attempts, make it to safety in the U.S. far enough away from the border guards and the poverty of native Mexico or South America. Today most attempts are successful since, under Big Sis and Obama, the US authorities no longer seem to care.

In normal times, safety is not immediately available for interlopers on the US side. The next 50 or 60 miles from the border into Texas or Arizona or California or New Mexico are also tough because that’s where all the American immigration police look for illegal foreign nationals. Again, everything is easier today since Obama has decided our borders are open.

When they find border jumpers, the Border Patrol or ICE personnel are supposed to process them and deport them. They do not do this any more even though it is still the law. The next time caught, it is a felony by law but that doesn’t seem to matter anyway. Lots of what illegal aliens do in the course of their flights from torment are felonies. They can’t survive without committing crimes.
US citizens would be locked up for the type of everyday crimes (ID-theft, driving w/o license or insurance, etc.).

However our top guy, Mr. Obama tells our US government officials they do not have to care about American citizens. They must however assure that illegals and their progressive supporters are pleased. The first order of business for the illegal foreign national, upon finding some sanctuary after this tough journey to this country, is naturally to get an American job.

America on the cheap

If you talk to some Mexican illegal foreign nationals, they will tell you that you do not have to pay the $2,500 coyote fee in all cases. You can do it on the cheap. It is just more dangerous. In all cases, however, you do need a “coyote.” Others say you get what you pay for. Some guys are cheaper because they don’t pay off the police—not the American police but the Mexican police.

The Mexican police have a number of different sources of income. Besides being paid by the Mexican government as policemen, they engage in dishonest activity both directly and indirectly. They are “independent contractors,” in that they take a nice cut of the coyotes’ business in order to let them proceed towards the US unmolested.

The coyotes who give payoffs sometimes tip off these same police about those that do not “give.” The police get upset because they do not want to lose this underground “business and its revenue,” so they take those that they apprehend back to headquarters, and they beat them as a matter of procedure.

This happens to everybody according to those who have been caught. Then, as an additional source of revenue that otherwise would have been lost, they steal whatever money the poor migrant might possess in their purses or wallets, before they are eventually released.

And, at this point, they have not even made it to the US. For the most part, Mexican officials have robbed them of their cash and their dignity. Ironically, American elites feel the guilt for this simply because they are Americans.

Americans have not caused this perpetration. .

So, as much as it is improper for these folks to take over the US and its jobs, nobody can deny that the successful illegal migrant is a brave caballero. I do wish them health and happiness, and some reward for their courage. But, I do not wish them any claim on my country, America. I owe them nothing. No American owes them anything.

We made it!

To themselves and their friends, once they make it, they are indeed heroes. To the American citizen, they are illegal foreign nationals who ultimately have a negative impact on the lives of all US Citizen’s other than America’s guilt-ridden elites. Americans know that they worked very hard to get here and we congratulate them for their tenacity. Yet, we would prefer they wait to be invited in line in their home countries as prescribed by our laws. Like an uninvited dinner guest, they are not welcome.

Besides having little regard for many of our laws, they take US citizens’ jobs and thus they contribute to pushing wages lower and lower and lower. Corporations and politicians may like this but Americans supporting families do not. Yet, nobody, even Americans, blames the individuals for taking a shot at the American dream. But, we are obligated to keep them at bay so they do not mess up our world and our lives.

This is America, and it is a country designed by and for Americans. Anybody wanting to be a real American can go through the process. My advice to illegal foreign nationals is to start your process today in your home country and play by the rules. Soon, goodness will happen especially if American legislators pass the Kelly Plan or a derivative and really begin to secure US borders, doing it the right way will pay off. Good Americans love good Americans. The Kelly Plan is fully explained in Part II of this book.

Because US Representatives are ambivalent about enforcing our laws, nobody is determined to send interlopers back to their home countries. Unfortunately for Americans wanting decent paying jobs, this lack of action by legislators has encouraged more interlopers to come illegally to the US, while the job market for Americans shrinks even further.

When Presidents choose to enforce our border laws, those interlopers that are caught close to the border are finger-printed, photographed, and summarily deported after being held for just a few hours. Their hearts are broken but they most often make the trek over the dangerous path another day. The strong hearted eventually make it. It is much easier for the illegal foreign national to find a safe haven once they have made it well beyond the border, since they are free to move about the country. No success of interlopers, however, helps Americans. Under Obama there is little enforcement.

Yet, even Obama says criminals must be deported. But, he is all talk. Watch what he does and the orders he gives. Despite his rhetoric, often, those that are caught in mainstream U.S. cities are released into the public. As we learn as time goes by, Obama’s corrupt officials have no problem releasing repeat criminals so they are never deported. Obama is not above telling the people one thing and doing exactly the opposite. He is the consummate dirty politician.

Some of you may remember when Obama decided to make life so miserable for Americans in the beginning of Sequestration that he cut out the White House Tours, tried to slow down airport security screening and he conveniently forgot that illegals in jail are to be deported, not released.

He told Americans when he was discovered that there were just a tiny number of carefully vetted non-dangerous illegal aliens from detention centers as part of the Sequestration terror. He lied. The true number currently stands at about 2,231, and before the deceit was discovered, the Administration had big plans to release lots more hoping the Republicans would get blamed. Obama plays politics with everything, and his winning the game is the only result that matters. He cares little about regular Americans. Watch what he does; not what he says. When foreign nationals win, Obama wins.

When the Miami Herald dug into the backgrounds of the released detainees, they found more lies. They were far from being simple border jumpers or drivers license violators. Just in Miami, of the 225 released, 76 were convicted criminals and two were convicted felons. How does such politics help Americans when thugs are released by a politically corrupt President to further his agenda?

Big Sis, Obama, and ICE Officials tried to pull a fast one offering that few were released. Yet, on March 14, 2013, in testimony, they were forced to admit that the total was higher than had previously been acknowledged.

They admitted to the lies and added that the freed detainees included not only undocumented immigrants with no criminal records, but also people convicted of theft, financial crimes and multiple DUI’s.

Ten of the foreign nationals released were deemed to be “Level 1” offendersthe most risky designation. Four were later rearrested.

All of this was to blame the Sequester, an idea pushed by Obama, until it became law, on gullible Republicans who have yet to learn how to deal with the dirty tricks of our entrenched corrupt government.

There is a big exception. One person stands out among all in helping fight for regular Americans. If an illegal foreign national is captured by Sheriff Joseph Arpaio of Maricopa County in Arizona, things are never as good for the illegal foreign national as in any other jurisdiction. Sheriff Joe runs the largest prison in the southwest and he has no problem locking up anybody who breaks the law.

They come from all places south

Right now, the North border does not create the same issues as the south but it still must be guarded carefully.

Some in the US assume that the foreign nationals in the US all come from Mexico within fifty miles or so south of the border. This is not the whole truth. Though many do come from the border regions, many have caravanned thousands of miles. Many of them are from Mexico’s drought stricken interior while others have fled the uninviting extremes of Central and South America.

This latter group has the toughest time making the trek because ironically, Mexico is not at all friendly to illegal foreign nationals in their country. Those from Central and South America must first cross into Mexico illegally and thus their journey is far more perilous than the native Mexicans, as Mexico has a lot of unfriendly areas to traverse on the way to the US. The desire to get to America is very powerful and so folks further south than Mexico take on the journey, knowing it will be tough and hoping there will be rewards.

When illegal aliens get “settled,” they will do just about anything to have a job. They will take any job available. Later, they find they can do better, they too go for the American dream while in illegal status. That is why jobs for low-skilled Americans are in such short supply.

Interlopers do not want to pick beans either so they go to meatpacking or construction or housekeeping or better positions than the sun soaked fields.

Sometimes, they show up on your worksite and sometimes they take your job. But most of the time they get a job someplace else so that when you lose your job, the job they did get, is no longer available for you. It is no longer available to any American.

It is not my intention to be cruel or insulting to the “permanent visitors” from other countries, who have crossed our borders without our permission. So, let me again define the term illegal alien. This term refers to foreign nationals who voluntarily violate U.S. Immigration and Nationality Laws and who settle in the United States.

Though nobody in government (the people charged with caring) seems to care, it is a violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which is something we all should read. Just type those words into your browser search engine and you can read the entire act. .

According to American law, illegal foreign nationals are subject to deportation after a hearing with an immigration judge. It is not optional. Yet, President Obama chooses not to follow the law, and yes if Congress had the gumption, Obama could be impeached for this. Deportation rarely happens anymore.

President George Bush, and now Barack Obama and the Executive Branch of government have failed and continue to fail to enforce the laws. Worse than that, they go out of their way to make it more difficult for Customs Officials and Immigration Officials to do their jobs effectively.

Now in 2013, there is still no movement to better respect our laws. Like George Bush before him, for his own agenda, President Obama has opted to ignore the laws.

ICE Agents wonder what their job is if they cannot arrest illegals without being harassed by the Obama administration. So, forced with doing the right thing thing and being punished or the wrong by not doing their jobs, ICE Agents felt between a rock and a hard place. So they sued arguing that DHS and ICE directors are punishing agents who follow the law. Obama is good at keeping his name out of all the scandals yet these directors work with direct orders from Obama.

In this case being tried in Texas, a federal judge is set to rule on this case which could have serious implications for the immigration debate. How can the gang of eight tyrants argue that our immigration system is broken when the chief executive has basically told the agents to stand down and not do their jobs? If the judge tells them to do their jobs, maybe the system would not be broken anymore.

The Obama administration believes it has what is called prosecutorial discretion” to dictate how immigration law is enforced — or not enforced.. It is using this notion against its own immigration-enforcement agents. Right now it is just ten U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents that have charged Obama and company with directives to alter border enforcement which effectively “commands ICE officers to violate federal law” and face possible suspension or termination if they refuse.

What good is the gang of eight’s law if passed if the President can thumb his nose to any law passed by Congress. We have a Constitutional crisis right now with Obama making unprecedented power grabs by deciding not to enforce immigration law and a number of other laws.

The ICE agents have charged that Obama’s directive “violates the obligation of the executive branch to faithfully execute the law,” which mandates that if immigration officers find that a detainee is in the country illegally, that individual “shall be detained” for removal proceedings. The Obama administration, however, is arguing that the word “shall,” in this instance, actually means “may.” Obama wordsmiths while Rubio and Schumer claim that these words are why our border is broken and they have decided to use different words in a new thousand page plus law to fix a word problem.

Meanwhile, illegal foreign nationals have not stopped coming to the US, and in fact, with the debates going on about immigration, they are coming even faster—at two or three times the normal rate. Thus, the hard work that an illegal alien expends on their journey to the US becomes payday for the illegal since the US government chooses to let them stay once they are here. Americans lose and Foreigners win. That is not how it is supposed to be.
