Thread: I'm going to lose some friends over this...

and it sucks but I'm willing to. I have "friends" who believe since
I'm a minority I should UNDERSTAND the plights of the illegal
Mexican. I should ADMIRE the illegal Mexican. I should not find
anything wrong with the illegal mexican putting up a MEXICAN flag
on an American building. I should be glad illegal Mexicans are fighting
in Irag and blah blah blah.

The thing is I am willing to lose any and all friends over this.
Of course they don't live in Los Angeles, Mexico and are basically
uninformed and talking out of their arses. I'm ready though. I will
walk away from any friendship that takes this approach. I'm fed
up and my ethnicity has NOTHING to do with it. MORONS!!!

Unfortunately, some folks take more time to wake up than others.

Americans are afraid to step out of their numbed, consumeristic shells and express any thought clearly-
that is why the invasion was so easy-
many are unhappy but few will do anything- it's a sorry state of affairs.

I appreciate your solidity in this issue. We are all in one way or the other a minority and you are right! It has nothing to do with ethinticity, rather everything with what this country was founded on. It's nothing but a slap in the face of hard working Americans that came here or born here that has done things the RIGHT way!

I am going to as well, and already have. I just continue to have courage of my convictions and try to educate someone every day. People tend to be very ignorant on this issue, especially where I live unfortunately. But when I tell them things, they say "really?! I had no idea." I have been called every name in the book, a racist, hitler, blah blah blah. It used to really upset me. It doesn't now because I know I am right, and so are you.
