If you have seen the stories around the globe of how cartoonists, journalists and people simply posting tweets or Facebook posts has gotten them in hot water with Islam and even the government, then you have probably said, “That can’t happen in America,” right? Well hold on to your seat my friend because you are in for a rude awakening.

Barack Obama’s Attorney for the Eastern district of Tennessee Bill Killian and Kenneth Moore, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Knoxville Division, want Americans to know that if you say something negative towards Islam or Muslims, the Federal government may imprison you.

They will be having an event called “Public Disclosure in a Diverse Society” on June 4, the same day Obama is scheduled to sign the United Nations Small Arms Treaty.

    The Tullahoma Times reports,

Group sets meeting to increase tolerance of Muslims, culture

A special meeting has been scheduled for the stated purpose of increasing awareness and understanding that American Muslims are not the terrorists some have made them out to be in social media and other circles.
“Public Disclosure in a Diverse Society” will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, at the Manchester-Coffee County Conference Center, 147 Hospitality Blvd.
Special speakers for the event will be Bill Killian, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and Kenneth Moore, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Knoxville Division.
Sponsor of the event is the American Muslim Advisory Council of Tennessee — a 15-member board formed two years ago when the General Assembly was considering passing legislation that would restrict those who worship Sharia Law, which is followed by Muslims.
Killian and Moore will provide input on how civil rights can be violated by those who post inflammatory documents targeted at Muslims on social media.
“This is an educational effort with civil rights laws as they play into freedom of religion and exercising freedom of religion,” Killian told The News Monday. “This is also to inform the public what federal laws are in effect and what the consequences are.”
Killian said the presentation will also focus on Muslim culture and how, that although terrorist acts have been committed by some in the faith, they are no different from those in other religions.
He referred to the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing in which Timothy McVeigh, an American terrorist, detonated a truck bomb in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995. Commonly referred to as the Oklahoma City Bombing, the attack killed 168 people and injured more than 800.
It was the deadliest act of terrorism within the United States prior to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and remains the deadliest act of domestic terrorism in U.S. history. Terry Nichols was also charged and incarcerated as a coconspirator.
Killian also referred to the Wisconsin Sikh temple shooting on Aug. 5, 2012, when Wade Michael Page, an American white supremacist, fatally shot six people and wounded four others in a mass shooting at a Sikh temple in Oak Creek, Wis. Page committed suicide by shooting himself in the head after he was shot in the stomach by a responding police officer.
“Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols were both Christians as was the guy who shot up the Sikh temple,” Killian said. “Sikhs are not Muslim, Many people think they are Muslim, but they split off with the Hindu religion.”
Killian referred to a Facebook posting made by Coffee County Commissioner Barry West that showed a picture of a man pointing a double-barreled shotgun at a camera lens with the caption saying, “How to Wink at a Muslim.”
Killian said he and Moore had discussed the issue.
“If a Muslim had posted ‘How to Wink at a Christian,’ could you imagine what would have happened?” he said. “We need to educate people about Muslims and their civil rights, and as long as we’re here, they’re going to be protected.”
Killian said Internet postings that violate civil rights are subject to federal jurisdiction.
“That’s what everybody needs to understand,” he said.
Killian said slide show presentations will be made.
Zak Mohyuddin, a Muslim Advisory Council member, said a shortened version of a documentary called “Welcome to Shelbyville” will also be featured.
The documentary, produced by the Public Broadcasting Service, spotlights recent demographic changes in nearby Shelbyville, with a focus on the growing number of immigrants from Latin America and Somalia with many Somalis from the Bantu minority ethnic group which practices Islam.
Mohyuddin said Muslims across the nation consistently issue press releases condemning terrorist acts, but the media usually does not pick up the information. He added that the apparent silence leaves the impression that Muslims do not condemn such acts.
Like Killian, Mohyuddin said word needs to be spread so more people understand the Muslim culture.
“It is in the self-interest of Muslims in the United States to counter violent extremism, because we and our children do not want to be viewed with suspicion,” Mohyuddin said. “The Muslim community is a vital resource in the fight against terrorism.”
Killian said he has made other presentations in the state about Muslim culture and civil rights laws, and the Muslims he’s become acquainted with are outstanding citizens.
“Some of the finest people I’ve met are Muslims,” he said, adding later: “We want to inform everybody about what the law is, but more importantly, we want to provide what the law means to Muslims, Hindus and every other religion in the country.
“It’s why we came here in the first place. In England, they were using Christianity to further their power in government. That’s why the First Amendment is there.”
The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution prohibits making any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted on Dec. 15, 1791, as one of the 10 amendments that comprise the Bill of Rights.

Shari'a Law Produces More Discrimination Than All Other Governments and Religions Combined... And It's Universally Covered

    • Posted by RAMJR on October 28, 2013 at 4:27pm

It is amazing how slick Satan is with ignorance of the truth about Is|am, and specifically about Shari'a law.

It is actually VERY specific, if you really look into it... so let's do just that.

Living under an Is|amic regime, Shari'a law tests the value of humanists alone: that which put each human being on an equal basis with every other individual. Rights are a testament to the principles and standards we live by and allow, directly opposed to the discriminatory practices enshrined in and justifying Shari'a law.

It is important that secular society becomes aware of the value Mus|ims allow, and the value they call out in hate.

It is easy to attack Christianity, which calls us to love our enemies, though it does not call for acceptance, coexistence, and allowing in the value of hate - true hate that harms physically... that of Is|am in Shari'a law, just as one example.

So, what is Shari'a? Not the theoretical or Utopian ideas that only exist in the minds of those who defend evil and who usually favor Shari'a law, the Qur'an (Koran) and the Hadiths [traditions], and sometimes Fatwas [edicts by Mus|im Clerics]. As to the actual rules that harm so many, even rape, murder, molestation, and pedophilia as they exist [i.e., are permitted in some cases,] under this 'law', most are silent in allowing them, if not aiding them.

    One: Women

Shari'a discriminates against women (and Mus|im women specifically). Compared to feminist victories elsewhere, in most Is|amic settings, women are still not considered equal to men. In Is|am, a woman's testimony is worth half of a man's. She gets half the inheritance of her male siblings. A woman's marriage contract is between her male guardian and her husband. A man can have four wives, and he can divorce his wife by simple repudiation using the word "Talig", whereas a woman must give specific reasons, some of which are extremely difficult to prove. Child custody reverts to the father at a preset age, even if the father is abusive. Women who remarry lose custody of their children.

These are real issues of inequality and discrimination that Mus|im women face every day.

Other brutal examples end in punishment by stoning, such as Iranian Sakineh Ashtiani, who was accused of having a relationship outside of an 'Is|amic contract marriage', or the public flogging of Sudanese Lubna Hussein for her un-Is|amic dress.

There are actual rules to stoning. To expose just how evil this really is:

    1. The size of the stone is specified (with accompanying pictures) so that it will not be too small, or too big. Suffering is important.
    2. A man is buried to his waist and a woman to her chest. If he/she can get out of the hole, they can escape the punishment; so [judges] must make sure women cannot get out.
    3. If the stoning is based on confession, the judge will throw the first stone. If it is based on witness testimony, the witness will throw the first stone.
    4. Every 20 minutes or so, the stoning will stop to see if the condemned has yet died. If not, stoning continues (this is Article 23, by the way).
    5. It is not all bad news though: Article 16 states that the punishment should not "inflict torture, torment or mutilation of the condemned," and the stoning will be carried out "with ultimate calmness and without exercising violence." I'm not sure what dictionary the Iranian regime uses, but they've got a rather strange understanding of the words "torture" and "violence" - but then, words mean whatever you want them to mean when you talk about Is|am.

Another issue is marital rape, honor killings and domestic violence. In Pakistan, 300 cases of acid burnt women have been registered, with no charges pressed against their husbands. In the UK, a study reported by the One Law for All campaign shows that 4 out of 10 women in Shari'a court cases were party to civil injunctions against their husbands. The One Law for All campaign as well as other groups like Secularism Is a Women's Issue are among the front line defenders campaigning against Shari'a courts, fighting for women's rights, and demanding gender equality.

    Two: Children

Shari'a discriminates against children. Not only does it affect children when they are young, but the implications will last their entire life. At the top of the list is child marriage. Under Shari'a law, a girl is eligible for marriage as soon as she begins her first period. This makes it difficult to uphold a minimum age for girls to be married. Considering that there were at least five cases recorded in the London Borough of Islington (including girls of only 9 years of age), I wouldn't bother to count the number of child marriages in Is|amic states where it is legal.

Other discrimination against children that must be considered is the lack of exposure to different ideas and thoughts. Children from an Is|amic background are often taught to close their minds to new ideas, and some are brought up to hate their Jewish, Christian, and Hindu classmates, as well as any homosexual students in their classes.

One can grab any school curriculum from an Is|amic state and see how it restricts critical thinking and any questioning of religious doctrine. Evolutionary theory is banned from most educational systems in Is|amic states, as it contradicts the creationist story in the Qur'an. Sudanese professor, Faroque Ahmed Ibrahim, stated in his open letter that teaching evolution at University of Khartoum was among the main reasons he was tortured and imprisoned by the Sudanese government. Moreover, little girls are often taught from birth that they are "lesser" human beings, which results in lower self-esteem and lack of confidence later in life. Sadly, many religions, including some Christian sects, agree with this valuation of women.

    Three: Homosexuals

Shari'a discriminates against homosexuals. On this particular issue, Is|am, Christianity, and Judaism all hold the same view: that homosexuality is a sexual sin. But under Shari'a law, punishments range from a fine or public flogging to life imprisonment. Ten Is|amic states impose the death penalty for homosexuals, including Iran, Mauritania, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Iraq, Yemen, and some states in Malaysia. In 2011, government-driven gangs have been killing homosexuals across Iraq.

    Four: Non-Mus|ims

Shari'a discriminates against non-Mus|ims, including other sects within Is|am, such as Baha'i, Ahmadia, and Shi'a if under a Sunni ruling government, or likewise, Sunni if under Shi'a. Under Shari'a law, no one is allowed to force someone to convert to Is|am; however, someone who is born into an Is|amic family will grow up with extreme social pressure from their family. If this person wishes to adopt a religion besides Is|am or to be an atheist, he or she is often considered an apostate, which can be punishable by death.

Non-Mus|ims are subjected to extra taxes ("Jezya") and are afforded fewer rights in civic and family matters. For example, except for Jews and Christians, non-Mus|im men cannot marry Mus|im women, while children of a non-Mus|im woman cannot adopt their mother's religion. Serious violence has occurred targeting non-Mus|im minorities in Is|amic countries, such as the bombing of Coptic churches in Egypt or the attacks upon eight churches in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2011.

Although some of these violent groups operate separately as fundamental extremists who don't necessary represent mainstream Is|am or the ruling Is|amic governments, these same groups are protected by the local governments and operate within their legal jurisdictions.

    Five: Non-Believers and Atheists

Shari'a discriminates against non-believers, atheists, and apostates. Apostasy and blasphemy laws are still enforced under Shari'a in some regions of the world. Did you know that under Shari'a law - in the 21st century - free thinking and freedom of speech are crimes punishable by death, public flogging, and imprisonment?

Cases such as Iranian Ali Ghorabat for apostasy, Jafar Kazemi and Mohammad Ali Haji Aghaee for enmity against God, Sudanese theologian Mahmoud M. Taha for his progressive Is|amic views, and Egyptian Nasr H. Abu Zaid for his critical views on the Qur'an illustrate the widespread persecution of people who dare to question blind belief in Is|am.

This too is not a thing of the past. Just this month, [Oct., 2013,] Kuwait jailed Abdel Aziz Mohamed Albaz for criticizing Is|am, Saudi Arabia jailed Raif Badawi for his liberal views, and Tunisian artist Nadia Jelassi is facing prison for her 'un-Is|amic' artistic pieces. Countries like Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan and Yemen implement the death penalty for those who renounce or criticize Is|am, but they also punish anyone who is Progressive or Liberal, or who wishes to think freely and live a modern, 21st century life.

This is everyone's battle, including Progressives, Seculars, and Liberals. The right to live, think, and freely express one's opinions is one of the great achievements of human civilization. These values belong to all of us, regardless of our background or geographical regions. We cannot restrict these values for "cultural sensitivity."

We must each strongly and unequivocally demand one equal law for everyone! EQUAL JUSTICE... Imagine that!

Let's make sure the next generation of freethinkers neither have to suffer condemnation online or offline, nor face jailing, public flogging, or death. Shari'a law must be confronted by the truth and exposed for what it really is and what it isn't.

One man's terrorist is another man's undocumented worker.

Unless we enforce laws against illegal aliens today,
tomorrow WE may wake up as illegals.

The last word: illegal aliens are ILLEGAL!

Sharia law makes Is|am much more than a religion. Its broad doctrine and application to non-Mus|ims make Is|am a political entity, a government with goals of global dominion.
Sunni Is|am and Shia Is|am both believe in a global ruler called caliph who will some day govern the world using Sharia law.
    This report provides:

    • Definition of Sharia law and relationship to Mus|im faith.
    • Countries governed by Sharia.
    • Provisions of Sharia that conflict with American laws.
    • Sharia violence espoused in American mosques.
    • Sharia in America.
    • What should our government’s response be to Sharia?

Definition of Sharia law and relationship to Mus|im faith.

Mus|im is defined as “a worshipper of Is|am.” Is|am is a religion articulated by the Qur‘an. Sharia is the Is|amic law which governs every aspect of a Mus|im's life. The instruction in the Quran and the examples set by the Is|amic prophet Mµhammad are the two main sources of inspiration for Is|amic Sharia law.

According to the Encyclopedia of Is|am "Within Mus|im discourse, sharia designates the rules and regulations governing the lives of Mus|ims, derived in principle from the Kuran and hadith. In this sense, the word is closely associated with fiḳh [q.v.], which signifies academic discussion of divine law."

Sharia governs secular law, including crime, politics and economics as well as prescribing religious conduct and ritual. Sharia is the equivalent of federal and state statues combined with religious doctrine. In countries where Sharia is the political code it rules over the lives of Mus|ims and non-Mus|ims alike. Is|amic judges interpret Sharia in countries and territories where it has official government status. Several countries are governed entirely by Is|amic Sharia law. These countries will be described in the next section.

The multi-governing aspects of Sharia mean that Is|am is much more than a religion. Is|am is also a political entity with governmental code set by Sharia.
Its broad doctrine and application to non-Mus|ims make Is|am a political entity, a government with goals of global dominion.
    Countries governed by Sharia.
The first system of government established in Is|am and represented the leader's unity of the Mus|im Ummah community was called Caliphate. Caliphate is the worldwide dominion by an Is|amic sort of emperor called Caliph who is charged with enforcing Sharia law on all earthly inhabitants. Sunni Is|am and Shia Is|am both believe in a global ruler called caliph who will some day govern the world using Sharia law.

Sharia is the governing law or primary legislative doctrine in many countries including: Aceh, Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Chechnya, Egypt, Gambia, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Malaysia, Mauritania, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, West Java and Yemen.

LONDON Dailymail.co.uk July 28, 2011 “Is|amic extremists have launched a poster campaign across the UK proclaiming areas where Sharia law enforcement zones have been set up.”

Communities have been bombarded with the posters, which read: ‘You are entering a Sharia-controlled zone – Is|amic rules enforced.’ The bright yellow messages daubed on bus stops and street lamps have already been seen across certain boroughs in London and order that in the ‘zone’ there should be ‘no gambling’, ‘no music or concerts’, ‘no porn or prostitution’, ‘no drugs or smoking’ and ‘no alcohol’.

Hate preacher Anjem Choudary has claimed responsibility for the scheme, saying he plans to flood specific Mus|im and non-Mus|im communities around
the UK and ‘put the seeds down for an Is|amic Emirate in the long term’. In the past week, dozens of streets in the London boroughs of Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets and Newham have been targeted, raising fears that local residents may be intimidated or threatened for flouting ‘Is|amic rules’.

Choudary, who runs the banned militant group Is|am4UK, warned: ‘We now have hundreds if not thousands of people up and down the country willing to go out and patrol the streets for us and a print run of between 10,000 and 50,000 stickers ready for distribution.'

EGYPT This picture, taken at a late 2011 protest in Egypt, has been making the rounds on various Arabic websites. Note the rope around the women, herding them like camels; note the man to the right holding the leash, walking them. This is a common “precautionary measure” to keep women from mixing with men during protests.

Egypt converted their public policy for all citizens to Sharia after the United States helped the Mus|im
Brotherhood organization called the Arab Spring to seize control of the country with the election of Mσhammed Mursi.

Egyptian cleric Sheik Mµhammad Sallah made the case for Sharia law. Appearing on Al-Hekma TV in Egypt on May 4, he said that if Egypt would simply force its citizens to live by the “Shari’a of Allah,“ it would become the ”mightiest nation in the world” and even more wealthy than Sweden.

PARIS - Friday in Paris. A hidden camera shows streets blocked by huge crowds of Mus|im worshippers and enforced by a private security force.

This is all illegal in France: the public worship, the blocked streets, and the private security. But the police have been ordered not to intervene.

It shows that even though some in the French government want to get tough with Mus|ims and ban the burqa, other parts of the French government continue to give Is|am a privileged status.

An ordinary French citizen who has been watching the Is|amization of Paris decided that the world needed to see what was happening to his city. He used a hidden camera to start posting videos on YouTube. His life has been threatened and so he uses the alias of "Maxime Lepante. "

Mus|im group targets Belgium for Is|amic Sharia control.
Abu Imran leader of the Is|amic group Sharia4Belgium says “We need to be clear there is no difference between Is|am and Sharia. Democracy is the opposite of Is|am. We believe that Allah makes the laws.
We believe that Sharia will be implemented world wide. And a Mus|im who says he does not believe in Sharia he is not a Mus|im.” Mus|ims account for twenty five percent of the population of Belgium’s capital Brussels and their population is projected to exceed fifty percent by 2030. Click here to [view] the CBN report.

RUSSIA Chechnya broke away from Russia in 1991 and continues to fight for independence. Chechnya battles against Russian federal control with Sharia law as its most likely replacement. Moscow has the largest Mus|im population in Europe, with four mosques in the Russian capital city serving some two million people. Russia is Iran’s strongest ally.

Provisions of Sharia that conflict with American laws.

Sharia law advocates many practices that conflict with the rights afforded under the United States Constitution and/or violate state and federal law including:

    • Perjury, Mus|ims are permitted and prompted to lie to non-Mus|ims.
    • Discrimination, Mus|ims are permitted and impelled to discriminate against non-Mus|ims.
    • Abolition of adoption rights otherwise granted under American laws.
    • Abolition of Wills, Inheritance Instruments and Last Testaments established under American laws.
    • Abolition of certain interest income otherwise specified in loan, mortgage and other borrowing documents.
    • Diminished rights of women in court. It takes the testimony of two women to equal one man in Sharia court.
    • Polygamy, Mus|im men may marry up to four wives. Mµhammad married thirteen women in violation of the Qur'an which he inspired his prophets to write.
    • Pedophilia, Mus|im men can marry girls as young as 14. However, Mµhammad took a wife named Ayesha that was nine years old.
    • Mus|im husbands are given the right to beat their wives as a form of discipline.
    • Severe discipline toward women including isolation, discrimination, full body cover, genital mutilation and beatings.
    • Savage retribution including amputating limbs and gouging out eyes for crimes like theft.
    • Barbaric marital punishment toward women including rape, honor killing and public stoning.
    • The killing of adulterers, homosexuals and Is|amist apostates.
    • Imprisonment and/or execution of blasphemers and non-believers.
    • Vicious jihad against non-Mus|ims to establish Is|am's rule worldwide. Mus|ims who cannot take on physical jihad must support it with their money.

The following passages from the Qur’an appear to order Mus|ims to fight those who do not believe in Allah.

Qur’an 9:29 Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.

Sahih Mus|im 30 Mµhammad said: I have been commanded to fight against people so long as they do not declare that there is no god but Allah.”

Sahih Mus|im 4366 “I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Mus|ims.”

Surah 9:29 Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, and forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth, until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low.

Qur’an 9:73 O Prophet, fight against the disbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh upon them. And their refuge is Hell, and wretched is the destination.

Qur’an 9:111 Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah, so they kill and are killed.

Qur’an 9:123 O you who have believed, fight those adjacent to you of the disbelievers and let them find in you harshness.

Sharia violence espoused in American mosques.

Study finds that Sharia minded Imams recommended studying violence-positive texts in 84.5% of United States mosques.

    The study
was conducted by Dr. Mordechai Kedar and David Yerushalmi, Esq. who are highly regarded experts on Sharia. David Yerushalmi, Esq. who runs the American Freedom Law Center with Robert J. Muise, Esq. is called The Man Behind the Anti-Shariah Movement ... by the New York Times. Dr. Mordechai Kedar of Bar-Ilan University is an academic expert on the Israeli Arab population.

Survey abstract: A random survey of 100 representative mosques in the U.S. was conducted to measure the correlation between Sharia adherence and dogma calling for violence against non-believers. Of the 100 mosques surveyed, 51% had texts on site rated as severely advocating violence; 30% had texts rated as moderately advocating violence; and 19% had no violent texts at all. Mosques that presented as Sharia adherent were more likely to feature violence-positive texts on site than were their non-Sharia-adherent counterparts. In 84.5% of the mosques, the imam recommended studying violence-positive texts. The leadership at Sharia-adherent mosques was more likely to recommend that a worshipper study violence-positive texts than leadership at non-Sharia-adherent mosques. Fifty-eight percent of the mosques invited guest imams known to promote violent jihad. The leadership of mosques that featured violence-positive literature was more likely to invite guest imams who were known to promote violent jihad than was the leadership of mosques that did not feature violence-positive literature on mosque premises. Sharia in America.

If anyone doubts that Mus|ims have a strong interest in and plans for Is|amizing America with Sharia all they have to do is consider the efforts of Is|amic organizations in the United States.

Several Mus|im Brotherhood front organizations including the Council on American Is|amic Relations (CAIR) and Is|amic Circle of North America (ISNA) are vigorously fighting bills in congress and twenty state legislatures that would prohibit courts from considering provisions of foreign laws including Sharia if they are inconsistent with the United States and state constitutions.
CAIR, whose former name was “The Is|amic Association of Palestine” issued this March 1, 2012 PRNewswire-USNewswire report: “The Council on American-Is|amic Relations (CAIR) today released a community toolkit designed to assist those seeking to preserve America's ideal of religious pluralism in the face of unconstitutional "anti-Sharia" bills that have been introduced in more than 20 states nationwide.”

The Is|amic Circle of North America waged a billboard campaign in Kansas aimed at opposing legislation that would prohibit Kansas courts from considering Sharia law. Thankfully the Kansas Legislature approved the bill which was signed into law by Governor Sam Brownback. The Is|amic Circle of North America web site has not updated their map below to report that Kansas passed the legislation.

The Is|amic Circle of North America reports legislation to prohibit state courts from considering foreign laws including Is|amic Sharia:

    • Failed in 14 states: Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina, Utah, West Virginia and Wyoming.

    • Passed in 4 states: Arizona, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Tennessee.

    • Stalled in 5 states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New Hampshire, New Jersey.

The best way to make sure that domestic law enforcement agencies do not detect the multitude of deviations from American law influenced by Sharia is to pressure law enforcement to stop looking at Mus|ims.
Is|amists succeeded in influencing the Obama administration’s FBI to scrub 1,000 counter terrorism presentations and curricula on Is|am.
FBI Director Mueller secretly met on February 8, 2012 at FBI headquarters with a coalition of groups including various Is|amist and militant Arabic groups [which] in the past have defended Hamas and Hizballah and have also issued blatantly anti-Semitic statements.
At this meeting, the FBI revealed that it had removed more than
    1000 presentations and curricula

on Is|am from FBI offices around the country that were deemed "offensive."

The FBI did not reveal what criteria [were] used to determine why material was considered "offensive" but knowledgeable law enforcement sources have told the IPT that it was these radical groups who made that determination. Moreover, numerous FBI agents have confirmed that from now on, FBI headquarters has banned all FBI offices from inviting any counter-terrorist specialists who are considered "anti-Is|am" by Mus|im Brotherhood front groups.

    Judicial Watch
, the public interest group that investigates and fights government corruption, has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit (Judicial Watch v. Federal Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:12-cv-01183)) against the Obama Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) seeking access to records detailing a February 2012 meeting between FBI Director Robert Mueller and Mus|im organizations. Judicial Watch is also investigating the FBI’s subsequent controversial decision to purge the agency’s training curricula of material deemed “offensive” to Mus|ims.
The New York Times empowered the Council on American Is|amic Relations (CAIR) demand that the New York Police Department (NYPD) stop counter terrorist surveillance involving mosques and the Mus|im Students’ Association.
The Mus|im Students' Association is "the mother ship of all the Mus|im Brotherhood front groups" according to Jihadwatch.org.

Here is the Mus|im Students' Association pledge. "Allah is my lord. Is|am is my life. The Koran is my guide. The Sunna is my practice. Jihad is my spirit. Righteousness is my character. Paradise is my goal. I enjoin what is right. I forbid what is wrong. I will fight against oppression. And I will die to establish Is|am."

USA Today reports New York Police Department spokesman Paul Browne provided a list of 12 people arrested or convicted on terrorism charges in the United States and abroad who had once been members of Mus|im student associations, which the NYPD referred to as MSAs.”
Is|amists (CAIR) demand that anti-terrorist expert be barred from training law enforcement officers. The Council on American Is|amic Relations wrote a letter calling on the Florida Department on Law Enforcement and other officials to stop allowing counter terrorist expert Sam Kharoba from training their officers.

Judicial board rebukes Pennsylvania Judge Mark Martin for ruling that it was ok for a Mus|im immigrant to physically attack and choke an American citizen because the Mus|im was unaware that Sharia law did not apply in Pennsylvania.
Judge Martin’s flawed ruling underscores the legal calamity that public officials are inflicting on the rights afforded citizens under the United States Constitution by recognizing Sharia law.

Breitbart.com reports "Obama Administration Paves the Way for Sharia Law." There is strong and open evidence of the Obama administration collaborating with Is|amist activists to ensure the path toward Sharia law is accelerated. In October 2011, at George Washington University, there was a meeting between DOJ officials and Is|amist advocates against free speech who lobbied for: Cutbacks in U.S. anti-terror training; Limits on the power of terrorism investigators; Changes in agent training manuals; and a legal declaration that criticism of Is|am in the United States should be considered racial discrimination.
What should our government’s response be to Sharia?

Elected officials across America are sworn in to office by vowing “I, do solemnly swear that I will support, protect, and defend the Constitution and Government of the United States and of the State.” Most citizens would interpret that oath to mean that their elected officials in government should oppose the avocation of ideas that are antithetical to the constitution and the liberties it guarantees.

Many of the provisions of Sharia law are in conflict with the rights afforded under the United States Constitution. Some of the practices advocated by Sharia violate state law.

It is just as much a violation of the oath of office for elected officials to embrace the Communist Manifesto as it is for them to accept provisions of Sharia law that conflict with our constitution. And it would be just a treasonous to allow the Communist Party of the USA (CPUSA) to change American public policy as it would be to allow the Council on American Is|amic Relations, Is|amic Society of North America, Mus|im Student Association or other Mus|im Brotherhood front organizations in American to change this country’s constitutional liberties and rights to comply with Sharia.
The most common way that Sharia is birthed into a society is not by enactment from elected officials but by elected officials ignoring the Is|amic laws’ application by practicing Mus|ims within their jurisdiction. The Tampa Police Department’s ignoring the honor killing of Fatima Abdallah is one example. The Hillsborough County School Board ignoring CAIR’s teaching students in Tampa about Sharia law is another example. As the population of Mus|ims grow within that society and their political influence becomes stronger application of Sharia moves from acceptance by ignorance to adoption by their elected officials. Florida Family Association is opposing Sharia in America by:

    • Supporting legislation that prohibits courts from recognizing foreign laws including Is|amic Sharia law.
    • Confronting public officials who violate their oath of office by embracing provisions of Sharia law that are inconsistent with American laws.
    • Exposing corporations that embrace or facilitate groups like CAIR (Council on American Is|amic Relations) who support Sharia in America.

Note 2012 Florida Legislative Session. The Application of Foreign Law in Certain Cases legislation would have passed the 2012 Florida Legislature were it not for the senate president playing personal favorites with certain bills. The House of Representatives voted 92-24 to approve HB 1209. SB 1360 passed all committees but Florida Senate President Mike Haridopolos’ personal politics prevented the bill from being voted on by the full Florida Senate. Thankfully, Senator Don Gaetz, who was a co-sponsor of SB 1360, will be the next Florida Senate President. Senator Gaetz’s well known intellectual and objective team player leadership skills along with co-sponsorship of SB 1360 should give this legislation a better chance of passage in the next Florida Legislative Session which begins in January 2013.

Florida Family Association has launched two email campaigns to thank the following Florida Legislators who sponsored HB 1209 and SB 1360 before we get too far away from the close of the 2012 session: Senator Allan Hays, Senator Greg Evers, Senator Don Gaetz, Representative Janet Adkins, Representative Larry Ahern, Representative Ben Albritton, Representative Dennis Baxley, Representative Jim Boyd, Representative Broxson, Representative Matt Caldwell, Representative Daphne Campbell, Representative Richard Corcoran, Representative Fred Costello, Representative Brad Drake, Representative Clay Ford, Representative Matt Gaetz, Representative Jim Grant, Representative Bill Hager, Representative Gail Harrell, Representative Shawn Harrison, Representative Mike Horner, Representative Clay Ingram, Representative Paige Kreegel, Representative Charles McBurney, Representative Ray Pilon, Representative Elizabeth Porter, Representative Franklin Sands, Representative Jimmie Smith, Representative Kelli Stargel, Representative Greg Steube, Representative John Tobia, Representative Charles Van Zant, Representative Mike Weinstein and Representative Trudi Williams.

One man's terrorist is another man's undocumented worker.

Unless we enforce laws against illegal aliens today,
tomorrow WE may wake up as illegals.

The last word: illegal aliens are ILLEGAL!
