    The Aspen Chamber Resort Association has been lobbying hard to effect immigration reform before the 2012 elections.

    The only problem with its plans is that it is lobbying to keep the ability to employ undocumented workers and underpay these people. This ‘let's have our cake and eat it too' philosophy is being pushed hard by ACRA president, Warren Klug.

    He has even floated the idea of making undocumented workers pay fines for being “illegalâ€
