A Juarez lawyer was executed in front of the state police building today in central Juarez. Even though there were state police officers inside the building, no one intervened. The victim has not been identified but was reportedly driving a gray truck.

No one intervened. Just like they didn't bother to intervene when the kids were throwing rocks at the Border Patrol agents.
