    Trump should say "Judge Bates says i'm not allowed to enforce our immigration laws. Well - the constitution says the president 'shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed' and that's what i'm going by."

    You're doing just what obama did. Giving amnesty to the illegals. In your case it's 3 months, with obama it was 2 years but it's still amnesty. Tell these invaders " leave immediately cause we are looking for you as of right now."
