[Watch] Judge Jeanine – Why Are Criminal Illegals Released Into Our Communities, Given More Rights Than Americans?

Posted on 16 November, 2014 by Rick Wells

Judge Jeanine uses the unfortunate and totally preventable death of Drew Rosenberg to illustrate the lawless nature of many of the illegals who are in this country and the equally lawless “president” who allows them to stay and provides them protection.
Rosenberg’s dad, Don, is her guest, and he details the events that led to his son’s death as a result of a drunk-driving illegal alien who killed him while attempting to flee the scene of an otherwise minor accident.
She notes to Sheriff Paul Babeu that it was only through Rosenberg’s constant battle for the arrest and prosecution of the man who killed his son that he faced any consequences for the death.
She asks what will be the effect on law enforcement once the illegals have been rewarded by Obama. Sheriff Babeu says that while “all of law enforcement’s jobs are already made much more difficult because “the federal government says ‘hands off,’ it’s now being made that much more difficult, almost impossible.”
He continues, “And when the law applies to you and I and every other American citizen yet it appears that there is no law because there are no consequences for these illegals who are here. And the ‘president’ just a wave of his hand just says ‘hey, it’s okay.’ And we see these horrific stories as we just heard on your show, Judge and others time and time again.”
Babeu says, “Last weekend a three year old girl standing for ice cream gets run down and this guy is an illegal,” adding, “there’s thousands and thousands of these. It’s just tragic and the ‘president’ has to be held accountable for these crimes because he has knowingly released them into our communities after all these prior convictions.”

Judge Pirro mentions the policy of releasing dangerous criminal illegals has led to low morale for both the ICE and Border Patrol agents, noting the bribe that is contained in the amnesty proposal as a means of securing their support. She says, “How about you let them do their jobs?”
Sheriff Babeu agrees, saying, “Exactly, it’s undermined the rule of law, you’ve handcuffed the very people who are the protectors of our communities, cops.” He describes the mass jail break that Obama led across the country with his release of criminal illegals into the American streets and details the serious nature of the crimes for which those who were released into his county had been convicted. He notes how to the moment that they are talking, names, criminal history and release information are still being withheld by the federal government.
He says, “They’ll never show back up and they’ll never give us the names because then we can tie these names to other crimes they’ve committed just now in our communities.

AZ Sheriff: Exec Amnesty Will Make Law Enforcement 'Almost Impossible'

on Breitbart TV 15 Nov 2014

Pinal County, AZ Sheriff Paul Babeu said that President Obama’s planned executive action on immigration will make enforcing the law “almost impossible” on Saturday’s “Justice with Judge Jeanine” on the Fox News Channel.

“Well, my job and every law enforcement officer across the country have a difficult job as it is when it comes to this because of the federal government [saying] ‘hands off.’ Yet, it’s now being made that much more difficult, almost impossible. When the law applies to you and every other American citizen, yet it appears there is no law because there are no consequences for these illegals who are here. And the president, just a wave of his hand just says, ‘hey, it's okay’” he said.

He added that current immigration policy has “undermined the rule of law. You’ve handcuffed the very people who are the protectors of our communities, cops…We spoke almost two years ago when this mass release, this jailbreak that Obama led across the country, releasing thousands of criminals into our community happened in my county. Releasing hundreds, two of them charged with manslaughter. We had several who were convicted of child molestation, and aggravated assault, armed robbery. And to this moment that we're talking on your show, Judge, we still don't have their names, we don’t have their full criminal history or where they were released to. We all know they’ll never show back up. And they’ll never give us the names because then we can tie these names to other crimes they have committed just now in our communities.”
