Thread: Judge says child abuse is not a crime of violence

Within the last few days, I read a headline of an article that
essentially saying that a judge ruled that for purposes of the
deportation of an illegal alien that child abuse is not a crime of
violence.

I can't for the life of me, though, find this article now.

If someone is familiar with a recent article addressing this story, I
would very much appreciate the article and a link to it being posted.
