You're wrong. His rightful decision to recuse was in accordance with DOJ policy. Furthermore, many pundits say Sessions failure to recuse would have been a disaster for the Trump administration. IMO, your view can be a little narrow in scope at times and tends to ignore the big picture. Like I said, that's just my opinion.
Jeff Sessions contributions to our cause and the country were much more important than Sessions acting as Trump's personal lawyer as some wanted. Then like Trump said, Sessions should have recused the nomination and stayed in the Senate.

Why would he do that when he knew he could do the country a lot of good acting on behalf of the American people, which he was doing. Regardless of what Trump thinks, the position of the U.S. Attorney General is not to act as the president and his children's personal lawyer. Jeff Sessions was doing exactly what he was hired to do and was doing a damned good job of it.
