Just ignore Obama's executive gun orders. He can't prosecute those who ignore him!

SEE: FACT SHEET: New Executive Actionsto Reduce Gun Violence and Make Our Communities

In reference to the above, keep in mind that unless there is a statutory law written by Congress and signed into law by the President, United States citizens cannot be prosecuted for breaking a law. The fact is, Congress, and only Congress is vested with the law making power. To think otherwise, and that Obama is vested with power to make law is to assume ”the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves.”___ quoting Hamilton in Federalist No 78.

How can someone be prosecuted when a statutory law cannot be produced in court which a person is alleged to have violated?
