In view of the FBI’s finding of facts should Loretta Lynch ignore James Comey's recommendation and convene a grand jury for the purpose of indicting Hillary Clinton?

Lynch is following orders from Obama, Comey is following orders from Lynch.

Obama/Lynch played us and most likely assumed Trump would drown and everyone would stand behind Clinton claiming her email scandal is just another 'Right Wing Conspiracy'.

Obama never had any intention to allow his DOJ to pursue indictment and it was all a hoax!

So no, Lorette Lynch will not ignore Comey's recommendation and seek a Grand Jury..... That's not part of the plan.

Obama & Lynch, to avoid looking corrupt, used Comey has the scape-goat and technically destroyed the honorable career Comey worked so hard to protect.

I understand your feelings but I think most American freedom loving people would agree that the FBI's finding of facts should be presented to a grand jury and let the process work as it was designed to work. This is not a political partisan issue. No one ought to be above the law. Have we really devolved into a banana republic type of dictatorship? Have the American People given up and are accepting this kind of crap?

The FBI’s finding of facts as stated by Comey confirm the following statutes were likely violated:



18 USC §793 (f) This statute states that whoever, “entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document…through gross negligence permits the same to removed from its proper place of custody…or having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody….shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

18 USC §1924 (a) This statute states that any employee of the United States who “knowingly removes [classified] documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.”

18 USC §798 (a) This statute states that anyone who “uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States…any classified information…shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

18 USC §2071 (b) This statute says that anyone who has custody of classified material and “willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years.”.


Comey took it upon himself to preform a Grand Jury's job, which is to evaluate the facts as found by the FBI, and then compare them to the appropriate statutes, and then to decide whether to bring criminal charges or an indictment against a potential defendant. In this case that would be Hillary Clinton among others.

Unfortuantly it is political because Obama made it political.

Even if Lynch wanted to take it to a grand jury its already dead in the water because
Obama will not allow Lynch or anyone else go after Hillary Clinton.

I still think the American people should demand the process to move forward and that includes a Grand Jury reviewing the FBI's findings of fact and determining if an indictment is in order.
