    In a sneaky way, this reporter is asking what is important to us and if they get blasted with illegal immigration... Good for me! I want my city paper to think Bush didn't make us happy. Also, I'm in a sanctuary city. The Mayor and city council needs an ear full... They just helped fund a Mexican Consulate satellite office. "Starting today, Mexicans can get matricular consular cards in XXX County. Mexico's first consulate offiice in XXXXX city opened Wednesday with partnerships and pledges to serve immigrants on the city's north side and beyond. Issuing matricular cards — the primary form of identification for most Mexican immigrants — is expected to be one of the office's most-used services..." Also, they have funded a day labor station... Also, out of their own pockets, two of the councilmen purchased 300 American flags for the pro-illegal march.

    I'm really struggling with the bias of my local paper so I'm pushing the issue of illegal immigration every chance I get. I've noticed more anti-illegal articles being published but I'm still seeing some sob-stories too.

    Please leave a comment here. I haven't yet but I will.

    PS I haven't seen the new Wal-Mart ad yet

    Good for you Dixie!! I have the ears of one of our local newspapers and they have changed their tone recently and even went as far to talk about the high car theft in certain parts of town along with the crime map!! It was the area that has been taken over.

    One of our papers is hiding and the other is actually being fairly open.

    Thanks everyone! I noticed the post. I left one too. Every little bit helps. If the paper believe this is what locals want, that is what they will print. Also, I want my local Democrats to learn we don't want to be a sanctuary city. Thanks!!!!!!!
