This is good news. I just wish they had shut them down. aztlan.net makes terrorist threats on a regular basis and they have been reported to DHS on numerous occasions.

Anyone here remember when they threatened the food supply in Vegas during the Unite to Fight Summit?

Yep, I remember. Too bad they didnt shut them down. Perhaps they will have enough on them after they go through those computers.

I have a problem with this. If these people are illegal aliens, they need to be deported not have their computer copied. This is an example of this Presidency totally off its rocker breaking one set of laws (spying on Americans) because they failed to enforce another set of laws (US Immigration Laws).

If these people are illegal aliens they shouldn't be here to begin with. If they are "dangerous" illegal aliens, they need to arrested and deported immediately.

That is what our US immigration law exists for--to keep them out to begin with, not dance around studying computer disks--GET THEM OUT OF THE COUNTRY!!!

The Aztlan.net website is correct.

Google searches of Juba The Bagdad Sniper do yield more video results althought it appears to be coming down in some locations.

The one guy who runs Aztlan.net is not an illegal alien, he is an anchor baby who went to college paid for by US taxpayers. All I can say is this seems to be once case where the Patriot Act is appropriate.

Well, I think that La Voz Aztlan is on the edge, but they have freedom of speech too. I mean, there're many KKK and Nazi websites all around in the US. And they are left alone too, so why not La Voz Aztlan. all those groups are assholes, but still have the freedom of speech too.

Freedom of speech ends when you start making terrorist threats. Aztlan.net has made several terrorist threats against US citizens.

You should explore their site more before taking up for them.

We want them SHUT DOWN.

The video was kind of BLURRY on my computer. Where was this happening? I didn't watch the whole thing.

MY GUESS, Judy, is that AZTLAN is made up of LEGAL, MILITANT HISPANIC CITIZENS who are just SUPPORTIVE of illegals but I don't KNOW that. MY guess would be that there would have been nobody in their headquarters that who were deportable?????

ALSO--NOTE that this SPYING was NOT DONE by NSA but by the FBI and THEY ARE CHARGED with doing this sort of thing WITHIN THE COUNTRY. The NSA spying was OUTSIDE their purview when THEY SPIED ON AMERICANS IN AMERICA because THEIR responsibility, in my understanding, is INTERNATIONAL spying rather than DOMESTIC SPYING. The criteria for the FBI spying operations is different than that of the NSA and I would be willing to BET THEY had a warrant to search the place. I don't THINK that the FBI goes through the FISA Court. ANY CONFIRMATION OF THAT from any of you who have served in law enforcement??? I would THINK they would go to a regular judge to get a search warrant and I haven't heard anything about the FBI ABUSING the spying system.

It seems to me that THIS INCIDENT WOULD be a legitimate use of the law on spying within the country because this organization is one that is militant, violent and has made threats against Americans AND they operate IN OUR COUNTRY so I would THINK the FBI was doing THEIR job on this one.

CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG! I would just think this would be similar to the FBI spying on the Mafia or something like that.
