Thread: Education without Borders-a guide

Have you all seen this? This program was set up in 1976 to see to the education of kids that go back and forth across the border! This must be the program that people report seeing school busses with loads of kids crossing each day in the border states. But this is in ALL the states where migrant workers are apparently. Lots of our money being spent on this! Did you know we have an "Office of Migrant Education"??? I note that Bush's No Child Left Behind link is on the page too! In-State Tuition at the college level seems to be just the cherry on top of the education scam! I found the WORD/PDF links at the bottom of the page most informative:

Many of the children use addresses in the US and live over in Mexico. It happens in San Diego a lot. Of course the schood district loves it because the more children they have in the school the more money they get from the federal government. Kind of like getting paid by the head.
