Judiciary Tyranny is upon us and we can thank the Liberal S. Court justices for this. Legislative judges has been the problem and in interpreting the Constitution in their own twisted irresponsible and unconstitutional way. This is the loophole that Liberals have been able to slip their agenda through, which they have been blocked though conventional ways within the house/senate.
This is why there is such a fight on the hill over the judicial nominees. Liberal perceive the closing of the their loopholes, once they got rid of conservative judges, which have breached their threshold of the S. Court and the ability to exercise their Liberal Socialist ideology.
We already have the constitutional authority to impeach these judges.... they are only allowed to be judges while they are of good behavior.... of which today they are not.
I think the ultimate answer to liberal activist judges is one of these two options, both of which involve a Constitutional amendment:
1.Amend Article III of the Constitution by setting a 20-25-year term limit on all federal judges and U.S. Supreme Court justices.
2.Amend Article I of the Constitution by giving Congress authority to overturn any ruling by a U.S. District Judge or Circuit Court of Appeals via simple majority of both houses and with the President's signature. For U.S. Supreme Court rulings, Congress can overturn any of their decisions within a 25-year statute of limitations. This has put the judges and courts ABOVE the law, in direct violation of the Constitution.
Welcome to the Liberal Socialist of Judiciary Tyranny, they will have to take my property when my cold hands are dead because that is what it will take for them to take my land. Until this scourge is addressed, the Judicial Tyranny will grow.

We should immediately impeach the 5 Supreme Court Judges who supported New London, Connecticut on the property rights issue. They are NOT FIT to serve the People of the United States. Maybe they can get a new job working for a municipality, cleaning out the waste paper baskets. or pushing the RubberBand Man Cart! Naaaah, that RubberBand Man knows what he's doing!
