    LULAC Cnvention starts Monday

The LULAC National Convention & Exposition Starts on Monday!
The 82nd annual convention takes place in the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area which is now home to 125,000 Latinos—one of the fastest-growing Hispanic communities in the nation. This emerging Latino community is redefining the social, demographic and cultural landscape of Cincinnati and it creates the ideal context for the LULAC National Convention to open dialogue and forge partnerships. You can expect to hear from members of Congress, cabinet secretaries, local elected officials, academic experts, and respected business and community leaders.

Excitement will build during the convention, as the LULAC delegates prepare to elect our national leadership and establish our policy priorities. Seminars and workshops will feature expert panelists addressing the issues that affect our communities most, from immigration reform and education to health care and civil rights. Separate tracks for Youth and Young Adults provide our emerging leaders with workshops on community service, leadership development, career opportunities and advocacy training.

As stated in their mission , they are out to " Redefine the social, demographic and cultural landscape ," of not only Cincinnati but of the entire United States. This week long Fiesta will no doubt re-invigorate their efforts towards remaking America and renewed efforts in regards to reintroduced Dream Act. Our former co - president Vincinte Fox and his wife will be attending as well as many Government officials. I would keep my eye on any agencies or Congress members who attend or speak. There are a couple of events devoted to getting out the vote . For a complete listing of agenda, which I did not include here, go to www. LULAC.org/Convention

I'm sure the "fiesta" is being sponsored courtesy of our tax dollars. LULAC like LaRaza is on the government dole.

With America financially circling the toilet bowl, this ethnocentric/racist party should not be financed with our tax dollars.

    Hey Steve:

I have my gym shoes lined up in my hallway, I'm ready to march, and be sprayed down in the streets of Chicago if necessary one more time.

I am passing the word and websites along to every stranger I meet. I strike up conversations with the intention of ending it with the topic of the treason going on in our country courtesy of our so called elected officials.

Any candidate that appears at LULAC will NOT get my vote.
