LA RAZA PREPARING TO SUE THE GOVERMENT OVER RAIDS

The racist group La Raza is investigating the raids and is gathering evidence in order to sue the government because of the raids claiming that there have been abuses committed against the illegals while detained. They claim that the raids have caused a grave humanitarian crisis, abandoned children, blah blah blah.

Can we sue La Raza for the crimes there committing against America? I have a list of demands here to....as well as a restraining order too!

La Raza isn't very smart. You don't bite the hand that feeds you. With them suing over the recent raids, this is going to cause a much larger backlash (I believe) and uprising from the anti-illegal groups.

Maybe our government and LaRaza are in this together.

Maybe that is the reason for the recent rash of relatively small raids?

There is something going on besides law enforcement here. A leopard doesn't change it's spots and our President is not going to change just because one of his bills got shot down.

Once again, our government has, in the past, provoked things in order for them to end up in court. Think about it. If LaRaza can get these raids stopped - they are dead in their tracks.

My Mother worked for one of the poverty programs in the early 60's. She went to a seminar once that had workshops teaching them how to have sit ins, demonstrations, etc. They told them if they needed people to beef up their crowd, just let them know. They said 'we can have you a couple of bus loads within 12 hours.' This was the government talking, folks.

So, don't assume just because it appears adversarial, that it is.

I think there is a very strong case to sue La Raza, LULAC, and the ACLU under the RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act.

Do I have a RICO Claim?

    http://www.ricoact.com/ricoact/index.asp

    - A RICO claim cannot exist in the absence of criminal activity.
    - RICO addresses long-term, not one-shot, criminal activity.
    - Your claim may be barred by the statute of limitations if you discovered or reasonably should have discovered your injury four or more years ago.

These people have such NERVE, it's ridiculous.

I, too, think it would make it worse for them, because of the backlash of true Americans - look at what happened with their "demand marches" and how it made sure that all Americans now know there are too many illegals!! That's when people started realizing what was going on.
