    LINDSAY GRAHAM INTRODUCES NEW BILL

    Lindsay Graham is introducing a new bill into the Senate called the "Border First." Its for 3 billion to get the 700 miles built, more tower sensors, 45,000 beds so there is no more catch and release and penalties for visa over stays.

    Ya, right, we'll see. More paper is it a DO bill.
