The law in this nation prescribes that we look at the individual and how that person violated the law, who has the right to a trial by jury and the right to an attourney. A jury of their peers decides the outcome. Of course, for illegals, those rights, according to some, do not exist. But they are still human, with natural rights or the Lockean sort. These rights must be respected, regardless of their crime. They must be treated as individuals.
