Great to see Donald Trump and Mike Pence on the road again to thank the American people and to stand with workers at Carrier as the company announces it will keep 1,000 jobs in the USA.

This is the kind of action for the American people we will continue to see with President Elect Trump and Vice President Elect Trump.

Governor Pence speaks to workers and to the nation.

Since 1950s Carrier has been a part of Indiana.

Thanks United Technology and Carrier.

Will invest 16 million dollars.

They met with leaders in March to try and keep them but failed.

American people voted for change.

Our President Elect picked up the phone and talked about our plan to make America more competitive, etc.

Thank you GeorgiaPeach for posting that interview!! It's the sweetest cutest most American story. A young man attending a Trump Rally, he and his friend work for Carrier, Trump asks the audience if any Carrier workers were there and how they felt about what was happening with the news that Carrier was leaving, which the public only knew about because of that Video someone took and posted. Trump makes the general statement that if he's elected he will stop this from happening and uses Carrier as the example really meaning that in the future after he's elected and sworn in and in the Presidency that he will get involved personally to call these companies planning to leave and try to stop them. Apparently he assumed it would be too late to save Carrier because they had announced it to their employees way back in February. So what does Trump do after he sees an interview with the young man on television? He says to himself, I've got to save Carrier now before I'm inaugurated, and so he does.

It is just the epitome of how Americans on the right road, doing the right things, standing up for their jobs can actually save them. And if you can save Carrier and Ford's Lincoln SUV operation, which Trump has done, then you can save the Ford small car division, you can save Rexnord, you can save them all. So Americans need to unite, pull together, stand up and fight for these jobs. These are our best jobs, these are the jobs that create the foundation to our entire economy, these manufacturing operations are the lifeblood of sustainable habitation in our country and are the only means we have to a prosperous and independent nation of citizens. They always have been. It's a shame we have had so many truly ignorant politicians who didn't know that or knew and deliberately ignored this simple law of the universe.

Glad to do it, Judy. It was amazing to listen to Donald Trump talk about seeing this handsome young man who talked about how he so believed that Donald Trump would save their jobs at Carrier.

President Elect Trump followed through. Showing these individuals, the lives that will be changed from this turnaround is inspiring to us all. Seeing America become great again, making and producing things, creating jobs is wonderful.
