I guess the NAACP has made their position clear ........... you can't be an old white guy from the South and legitimately serve as the country's top law enforcement official.

What is so sad if not heartbreaking about what the Black Caucus is doing here is that their opposition to Sessions has nothing to do with black Americans, it's about illegal alien voters for the Democratic Party. Sessions is a true civil rights activist, who wants to stop illegal immigration and pause/reduce massive legal immigration that is stealing jobs, educations, wages and benefits from black Americans. Sessions is the white prosecutor who did everything within his legal authority to send a KKK member to the death penalty and exterminate the KKK from Alabama. Sessions is a person who truly cares about black Americans, not the Black Caucus that year after year sells out black Americans all over our nation to win votes from illegal Hispanics.

The Republican Party was created to stop this type of abuse and discrimination against black Americans. We must remember our origin, our original purpose and shut this travesty down once and for all. Jeff Sessions, Stephen Miller, General Kelly, Rex Tillerson, Andrew Puzder, our dear Donald J Trump and good Republicans in Congress and in the States will do just that. Illegal immigration is over in the United States. Just watch, but watch close or you'll miss it. This is going to happen quickly and quietly as it should for safety and security reasons.

The Nuclear Option: At Sessions’ Hearing, Dems Live Up to the Party’s Tradition of Ra

The Nuclear Option: At Sessions’ Hearing, Dems Live Up to the Party’s Tradition of Racism

    by CHARLES HURT
    11 Jan 2017

Like tired old racists clinging to their discredited past and divisive politics, Democrats wheezed exhaustively on their racial dog whistles Tuesday in their increasingly futile bid to derail Sen. Jeff Sessions’ nomination to become the next attorney general.

The disgraceful charade proved nothing except that Democrats have learned absolutely zilch since suffering a devastating rejection by voters in November’s election, in which they shamelessly and relentlessly tried segregating the country along the lines of race, religion, and sex.

It was their Lost Cause. “Forget, hell!”

The colors of their rainbow flag do not run. They keep each color segregated. Each colored line is one “separate but equal” voting bloc within the Democratic Party. Each pure and undiluted color its own special interest group.

Banking heavily on innuendo and hearsay, Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee tried smearing the Alabama Republican as some kind of racist. The accusations themselves are so preposterous that they are not even worth repeating in order to debunk.

“During the course of this boisterous political campaign, did you ever chant, ‘Lock her up’?” one senator demanded, in reference to failed Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

Sen. Patrick J. Leahy, Vermont Democrat, kept asking Mr. Sessions if a person can be charged with assault for grabbing a woman “by her genitals” without her consent. He wouldn’t let it go. It was really creepy.

Any hope that Democrats might be up for some kind of serious, adult examination of Mr. Sessions’ career were dashed even before the hearing started.

In the audience, among all the rude and loud-mouthed protesters, sat Khizr Khan.

Mr. Khan is the “Gold Star” dad who pawned the gold star his son earned in Iraq for a few minutes of cheap fame at the Democratic National Convention. Democrats value Mr. Khan not because his son gave the ultimate sacrifice in defense of country, but because he is a Muslim and of Pakistani descent.

Like I said, these people cannot see this world except through the prism of race, religion and sex.

Every single Democrat on the committee, in some way or another, attacked Mr. Sessions from the standpoint of race or religion or sex, accusing him of not embracing physical diversity as lustily as they would like.

Which is pretty amazing considering the Senate Judiciary Committee is 90 percent white, more than 90 percent male and 100 percent ancient. We should start a campaign demanding that some of these guys voluntarily give up their seat on the committee to a minority. According to some of their own definitions, they must be racist!

Mr. Leahy, the Vermont Democrat whose constituents are 96.8 percent white, complained that Mr. Sessions doesn’t care about violence against women.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal, the Connecticut Democrat whose state is 81 percent white, commended Mr. Sessions for repudiating the Ku Klux Klan and then proceeded to ask carefully crafted questions aimed at adorning the former federal prosecutor in a white robe and pointy hat.

In his simple, languid testimony, Mr. Sessions responded to everything with patience and politeness.

“Congress makes the law, not the executive branch,” he said smiling. “I will enforce the law.”

It was as if he were teaching basics of law and government to a classroom of children. Which he basically was.

Jeff Sessions hearing: Cory Booker begins his pathetic run for president

    January 17, 2017
    By J. Marsolo

Cory Booker started his 2020 presidential campaign by stabbing Jeff Sessions in the back and front on nationwide TV.

In 2015, Sen. Jeff Sessions and Sen. Cory Booker introduced and passed legislation to award the highest civilian honor to the participants of the 1965 civil rights march from Selma to Montgomery.

On January 11, 2017, Booker returned the favor to Senator Sessions by appearing before the Judiciary Committee to "testify" against Sessions as the attorney general nominee. "Testify" is the wrong verb. Booker gave a pompous speech, unsupported by any facts, that Sessions would not as attorney general support the rights of women, blacks, gays, etc. Booker, Democrat senator from New Jersey, explained his unprecedented appearance to testify against a fellow senator by saying:

In a choice between standing with Senate norms and standing up for what my conscience tells me is best for our country, I will always choose conscience and country.

This may be another first by having the word "conscience" in the same sentence as "New Jersey Democrat."

Booker could have given his speech on the Senate floor before the vote on Sessions's nomination. Instead, he chose to grandstand before the committee and national television. It is clear that Booker wants to run in 2020, and this was his opening campaign speech. Donald Trump has not yet been inaugurated, but Booker is already running.

He is starting early to get the campaign donations from George Soros, the NAACP, Hollywood, Planned Parenthood, Black Lives Matter, the Congressional Black Caucus, and the rest of the left-wing Democrat base.

Booker should fit nicely with the Democratic base. He lied about Sessions, broke over 200 years of Senate tradition, and showed he will do and say anything to win.

Why would you add Andrew Puzder to your list? There is absolutely nothing in his history prior to Trump's nomination that would justify support for him.

    The scoop on Puzder:

Andrew Puzder will change US Department of Labor from being an ally of illegal immigration to an opponent. That's why I included him. Donald Trump is appointing people he knows know the schemes of illegal immigration and who have the capability therefore to end them. You'll be pleased with Puzder. He does the job he's hired to do. If he's working for the restaurant industry, he does the job for them. If he's working for US citizens, he'll do the job for US. I'm confident in that. So for you, you should just sit back and see what he does. If he tries to do something bad, then we'll all criticize him.

A tiger doesn't change his stripes overnight. His push for illegal alien amnesty and more foreign labor was very recent.

He's not an animal, he's a person, with a very important job to do for Donald Trump, and based on his history of results for those for whom he worked, he will get the results Trump wants which is to end illegal immigration into the US once and for all. But you're free to criticize him, if you like, I just don't find it a positive thing or helpful in anyway. He accepted the job, he knows his responsibility and assured US all in his statements that he was 100% behind Trump's goals to end illegal immigration and protect American Workers. Until he's in office doing his job, I think we should be supportive and encourage him to GET R DONE until he demonstrates otherwise.

You have to remember, most of the people Trump is appointing from the business community are business people, who meet goals, objectives, deliver results for their employers or companies whose goals and objectives are often different from the goals and objectives of a nation. When you change roles, you change goals, what doesn't change is your ability to do the job and deliver the results. These are skilled competent people who get things done whatever the goals may be.

Just give them time to do their jobs and if they don't, then criticize them with all of our blessings.

It's always helpful to know exactly who you're dealing with. I'm sure Pudzer didn't change his inner feelings on the issue just because Trump nominated him. It just doesn't work that way. That's like saying I've all of the sudden decided not to like steak simply because my wife told me chicken was better for me.

How do you know his positions while he was working for the restaurant industry were his "inner feelings"? Are you now an "inner feeling" reader? Do you use their palms or scan their brains while monitoring their heart and come up with a reading? You could be rich if you patented your process. You don't know Andrew Puzder at all, neither do I, so I'm trusting Trump's judgment and Puzder's public statements after he was nominated that he will do the job he was appointed to do as Secretary of Labor, protect American Workers.
