Thread: LIVE: Ted Kennedy Endorses Obama, Caroline there too

Now, live, Ted Kennedy is speaking to endorse Senator Obama. Caroline Kennedy spoke first and Patrick Kennedy is present as well. Senator Kennedy spoke of the Immigration Bill and Senator Obama's support. He spoke of immigrants and now is saying that we will reach our goals if we are not petty.

This may have been mentioned here previously, but the shouting slogan being used is "YES WE CAN." These are the same words that the millions who demonstrated in our streets, while carrying foreign flags shouted at the American people. "SI SE PEUDE," yes we can has united the illegal aliens with those who now support Senator Obama.

Now Mr. Obama is speaking. Caroline Kennedy said that her children are the ones who drew her attention to Mr. Obama.

Obama is now thanking the group of Kennedys.

Rush is now speaking of the endorsement by Caroline. "A President Like My Father," is what Caroline said. "I have never had a President that inspired me in the way that people tell me that my father inspired them."

Rush said that the "she" is not endorsing the "she."

Chris Matthews is talking about the Latino vote being so important in California. He is referring to a written piece by Robert Novak. He is also saying that Hillary has really courted the Latino vote and now if it splits up what will that do. They are all saying that the Latino vote is critical to a win in California.

Andrea Mitchell is speaking to a reporter there. The reporter is speaking of the tears that he saw in people's eyes at this endorsement today and how "blown away" that Obama was at the remarks made by Kennedy.
