Tomorrow, a caravan of pro-amnesty activists will travel from Los Angeles to the Bakersfield office of Rep. Kevin McCarthy to rally for the Senate amnesty bill. As Majority Whip, McCarthy wields considerable influence. Tomorrow, he needs to hear from Californians like you opposed to amnesty and immigration increases. CAPS is running TV and radio ads in his district now.
Please call his Bakersfield office tomorrow during business hours at 661-327-3611 to help us oppose the amnesty immigration bill.

Tell him:
- No matter what others call it, the Senate bill is an amnesty. Those who broke the law will be rewarded.
- The 1986 amnesty did not work; it led to increased illegal immigration. This one will do the same.
- California’s unemployment rate is 8.5 percent! Bringing in millions of new immigrants will hurt unemployed Americans and our own working poor.
- More immigration will lead to tax increases—57 per cent of immigrant households with children use welfare.
The open-border groups have targeted McCarthy as a swing vote on the issue. He has suggested that the House would pass, and that he would support, an immigration amnesty bill.

Immigration Rally Organizer: Dodgers 'Very Generous' to Let Us Use Parking Lot

On Wednesday morning at 6 a.m., pro-illegal immigrant legalization protesters gathered in the parking lot at Dodger Stadium. The protesters are slated to motorcade up to Bakersfield for a larger rally today. One of the organizers promptly thanked the Dodgers, stating they were "very generous" for allowing the protesters to utilize their parking lot.
The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles has distributed a flier announcing the rally beginning at Dodger Stadium as part of their effort to pressure Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), the House Majority Whip, into potentially decisive support of citizenship measures.
A representative of the Dodger organization had informed Breitbart News on Monday that the parking lot was not a part of the Stadium proper, and therefore required no permission for parking. However, on Tuesday, another Dodgers representative explained that the parking lot is considered Dodgers property and rented out by the Dodgers. The Dodgers organization identified the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor as the property renters for the rally.
UPDATE: A representative of the Dodgers says that the Dodgers did rent out the lot for the immigration rally, and admitted that the rentals were judged on a case-by-case basis, so there would be no blanket political guarantee of lot rental. Furthermore, the flyer carrying the Dodger Stadium name was approved by the Dodger organization legal counsel prior to its release.
