There are now enough Operation Fast and Furious officials playing hide-and-seek in the Obama administration to fill a New York City-style “rubber room.â€

Screw up, move up, cover up: It’s the Holder way, the Obama way, the Washington way. And innocent Americans pay.

They have a similar program in Los Angeles. The LA City Council allocates millions of dollars to LA's street gangs, ostensibly to create programs to "reform" same gang members. But who knows? The gangs can probably spend this money on whatever they want.

Attorney General Eric Holder and his minions are exercising "DAMAGE CONTROL ON STEROIDS" so he can keep his job at the top of the Department of Justice.

There have been numerous calls for Holder's RESIGNATION due to the ATF "Fast and Furious" COVER-UP!

Was "deposed" ATF Acting Director Kenneth Melson a prophet?

In his secret testimony before Hill investigators in July, Melson seemed to be prophetic when he stated that his department supervisors "were doing more damage control than anything" and trying to keep the controversy away from top officials. Believe me, the Holder SELF-damage control is in high gear!

In reality, "The buck stops here" at the doorstep of Barack Obama, when it comes to the botched project called "Fast and Furious."

Mr. Holder: The Department of Justice Shell Game is Now OVER!

People can see through the sham of what Eric Holder has thrown out to the public. He is the very culprit in this DOJ COVER-UP!! All we ask is that he owns up to this debacle---and RESIGNS from his Attorney General post!

Just like Watergate, how about Barack Obama, Holder's boss! We must know when he knew about Fast and Furious! But it might have to START with the resignation of Eric Holder! NOW!

Most people KNOW THE TRUTH about what is really happening in Washington and at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), Ken Melson is the "official scapegoat" for the ATF "Fast and Furious" fiasco.

Earlier this week, he was "laterally transferred" from this job at the Bureau. ATF Special Agents in Charge announced this move during a conference call, saying that he was being "reassigned."

Kenneth Melson's "lateral move" as acting head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is a political SHAM of the highest order; when, in fact, the one responsible should resign---Attorney General Eric Holder! And then Mr. Obama can take the time to tell us WHAT did he know and WHEN did he know it! Rep. Issa and Senator Grassley's work will not be finished until Mr. Obama comes clean!

Here is the "shell game"-----

The Attorney General wants you and me to believe that he is acting in response to the "Fast and Furious" scandal, by replacing and reassigning the acting ATF Director. This scandal is under current investigation in both houses of Congress; and the finger tends to point to Eric Holder, in that he probably knew, all along, about the illegal activities of the ATF. Over one dozen crimes in the United States have weapons traced back to the "Fast and Furious" weapons trade to the drug cartels in Mexico!

Also leaving was Dennis Burke, U.S. Attorney in Arizona, whose office was severely involved in Fast and Furious. In a related move, the line prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office in Phoenix who worked on the Fast and Furious investigation, Emory Hurley, was "REASSIGNED" from criminal cases to civil case work, according to an administrative official, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Congressional investigators now say there is EVIDENCE the U.S. Attorney's office in Arizona sought to cover up a link between "Fast and Furious" and the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry! According to the congressional investigation letter, Hurley apparently "contemplated the connection between the two cases and sought to prevent the connection from being disclosed."

An internal ATF email dated the day after Terry's death reveals the quick decision to not disclose the source of the weapons found at the murder scene: "...this way we do not divulge our current case (Fast and Furious) or the Border Patrol shooting case."

They knew of the absolute connection, and yet purposefully hid it from us!

Contrary to Holder's pleadings of innocence, he really did know what was going on! He has fraudulently misled the American people. He knew all about "Fast and Furious" selling of weapons to Mexican drug cartels. Yet, he pled innocence; even when federal agents were killed by Fast and Furious guns at the crime scenes.

And I believe Mr. Obama knew, also! Let's get rid of Eric Holder first!

Please help us to alert the United States Congress to the fact that Eric Holder should RESIGN!



Eric Holder Must Resign!

Quite frankly, Eric Holder is not only "covering himself," but very possibly "covering" for the commander-in-chief---Barack Obama!

This "reassignment" - especially since Acting ATF Director Melson gave some damaging testimony two months ago--- does nothing to reassure the public that the ATF knows what they are doing.

What federal agent will be next to be murdered because of an ill-conceived plan?

ERIC HOLDER MUST GO!

Instead of Melson being the "fall guy," Eric Holder is the one who is immediately responsible!

Even the agents, who testified in the congressional investigation, have been transferred to the Washington, D.C. area---where HQ can keep an eye on them.



Congressman Darrell Issa was not impressed with these reassignments. He said: "While the reckless disregard for safety that took place in Fast and Furious certainly merits changes within the Department of Justice, the Oversight and Government Reform Committee will continue its investigation to ensure that blame isn't offloaded on just a few individuals for a matter that involved much higher levels of the Justice Department. There are still many questions to be answered about what happened in Fast and Furious and who else bears responsibility, but these changes are warranted and offer an opportunity for the Justice Department to explain the role other officials and offices played in the infamous efforts to allow weapons to flow to Mexican drug cartels."

While Eric Holder has been the Attorney General, when it comes to the ATF "Fast and Furious" congressional investigation---here is what can be said:

There is NO accountability

There is no transparency

There is no discipline

There is no justice!

And the Attorney General MUST RESIGN. "The buck stops" right at the front door of the White House!

Holder only is transferring Melson to save his own skin in this scandal! No longer will the American people buy his story. He must be held accountable; and he is the one who must resign...immediately---before another federal agent is murdered!

The transferring of these agents and of the acting director is absolutely an "admission of guilt" by the Department of Justice, the Attorney General, or possibly the President of the United States of America!

In his "cover-up," Attorney General Eric Holder announced: "Ken (Melson) brings decades of experience at the department and extensive knowledge in forensic science to his new role and I know he will be a valuable contributor on these issues. As he moves into this new role, I want to thank Ken for his dedication to the department over the last three decades."

A bureau in shambles while Eric Holder does self- damage control!

Under normal conditions, Melson might have been fired by Holder. But Melson testified before a special July 4th congressional investigation. He complained that the Justice Department had misled him about his right to testify without Department of Justice supervision.

So, who is to blame for the over 2,000 guns that were sold during the operation?

ERIC HOLDER! BARACK OBAMA?

ERIC HOLDER MUST RESIGN!

Barack Obama is using this mistake (in his own administration and where the buck ultimately stops with him!) to say that guns should be MORE controlled! He is using his own faulty and DEADLY strategy to say that more gun control must happen now! (When it was his fault---and the fault of Eric Holder---all the time!).

Will you please call for the resignation of Eric Holder as Attorney General because his lack of leadership has caused the murder of federal agents due to "Fast and Furious"!!

Agents were often told to abandon the surveillance of the weapons. Officials linked two weapons found at the Arizona murder scene last December of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry - according to testimony; they are terrified that some of the thousands of guns still at large will be used to kill more innocent people.

Please help the family of Agent Terry to find answers and CLOSURE to his death! This closure can begin WITH the RESIGNATION of Attorney General Eric Holder! For starters!!
