    Anyone know a good prosecutor?

Erskine Bowles' mandate, that allows illegal aliens "in-State tuition rates," violates Chapter 115D § 115D‑39 (Student Tuition

And Fees) of the North Carolina General Statutes, and is therefore, ILLEGAL.

This makes him guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor for "Willfully failing to discharge duties" under Chapter 14 Article 31 §

14‑230 (Misconduct In Public Office) of the North Carolina General Statutes.

Many prosecutors seem to avoid cases like this, not because they lack legal merit, but because they are not politically easy. If you were to press the prosecutors office to take this on you would have to do so from a rule of law position. For most situations like this try and get some free advice or have a civil court experienced attorney look over the case to give their opinion so you have the language and merits down before you take it to the prosecutors office. When you present it take record of any comments their office makes and your discussion with them. If they end up rejecting to take on the issue, after you have presented the facts, checked by civil action attorneys, make sure you record why it is they declined it and make a point of broadcasting to everyone their refusal to presocute a violation of the law. Sometimes their offices are very lazy to put it bluntly, they are judging it from the start on whether it can be taken to court, so it is important to have your research in place when you take it to them. Find out whether the prosecutor you take it to is appointed or elected, this makes a big difference. The appointed ones aren't really afraid of anything and don't always have to do their job, the elected ones are afraid of not following the law. If you get one that is elected to position and they turn it down. Create a blogspot and track the case, make it known you are going to broadcast the entire process. It is because they have brushed off things like this in the past that our situation has descended into lawlessness.
