McCain just said on Fox News that if he's elected, he'll push for a Guest worker program in January, then proceed to do something about the millions of illegal aliens in this country. We all know what that means. Another amnesty plan. He praised the Hispanic small business owners in this country. Apparently he's forgotten the rest of the American workers in this country.
all i can think of in him praising the hispanic small business is that since they are a minority. he likes seeing minorities do good.
as for the guest worker program, the american citizens are not going to allow their senators to vote for this when we ahve 10 guest worker programs already
He did say he will concentrate on continuing to secure the borders, but I'll guarantee you that if any of these 3 losers are elected President, they will stop the raids and the deportations. This last part is strickly my opinion based on the rhetoric we've heard that's come from these 3 that the illegals should be treated humanely and that we are not going to deport 12 million people.
CNN just had recent video footage of him speaking to the Charlotte Chamber [of Commerce, apparently] where he said directly 'Comprehensive Immigration Reform' (which, in the recent past, he has shied away from saying outright). They also went on to talk about the "Hispanic Vote" with a woman that is supposedly a "Republican Strategist" named Sanchez.
McCain is throwing caution to the wind and doing full-blown Hispandering again. :roll: :twisted:
Yeah, well, personally I hope he keeps shooting his mouth off, because by Hispandering, he'll lose alot of other Americans votes.

What is most irritating is the constant mentioning of border security by politicians, as if it is some holy grail that only they can acheive. It is their obligation and duty to defend the border, to secure and enforce the alreasy existing immigration policies. They think they have created a "do-able" as an exchange for amensty. They think that by constantly saying that we need to secure the border, somehow the facts will be lost. As if there is no record of intentional non-funding, drafting of amnesty legislation, and a record over a mile long that speaks only to open borders, pro-amnesty collectivist organizations. I believe that the enforcement we're seeing from GWB is far more than we'll ever see from any of these three. Someone said that to me and I agree with them.
I don't think that McCain is going to win anyway.
I'm thinking we should just vote for Obama to ensure that McCain doesn't win and then count on our Republican senators again. If the Republican senators have McCain in office they might not stand up for us the way they would if Obama was in office.

This was mentioned in a proposal made by the White House recently regarding US immigration reform law. The proposal was not officially disclosed, but leaked out somehow, a source close to the White House said.

He said President Bush is sincerely considering of solving the problems of the undocumented immigrants in a realistic way. The President, however, does not want to give amnesty, he added.
The major part of US citizens also wants the illegal immigrants to be given a chance of legalization. A recent poll regarding the issue showed that 78 per cent of US citizens said they want an acceptable and realistic law which provides the undocumented immigrants an opportunity to get legal status.
I forgot who did the poll, but this was the "poll of 1,000" I believe.
