John McCain still does not get it on illegal aliens. In fact, he is not even close.

Rather than accepting the will of the people and committing to the rule of law, McCain continues his obstinate fight on behalf of illegal aliens, at the expense of the American people.

McCain's pandering to illegals hit a new low on Wednesday when the senator searched every nook and cranny for a viable excuse with which to oppose mass deportations. The best he could come up with was a specious argument based on a hypothetical crook and granny.

Speaking in Clemson, South Carolina, McCain responded to a question posed by a student as follows:

“If you’re prepared to send an 80-year-old grandmother who’s been here 70 years back to some country, then, frankly you’re not quite as compassionate as maybe I am,â€

Yes, why didn't she become a citizen when she had the chance.

Also, how long did they have to dig to find someone 80 years old - for goodness sakes.

You see the government and he is part of the government, is working overtime to find cases that could garner some sympathy and use it.

Poor McCain, he doesn't know how finished he is. He wants to become president. There's no chance of that!

I lost a lot of respect for McCain and think he needs to give it up .

But some here defend others who have said the samr thing he did .

It's like thinking your kid can't do any wrong .

All the praise to Chuck , Dobbs , Paul and others who also call for a form of amnesty .

We need to stick with the program and not let any of them get any kind of amnesty .

Can you imagine how many will get to stay here under Newt and Chucks plan ???????
