Sorry for taking so long NM; I was banned again so I had to create a new accounte to be able to post on the forums. I don't have to think twice to answer both your enquires: CRIMINALS ARE CRIMINALS, and criminals must first go to jail and after they serve their time they're deported and if they ever, ever are caught back on American soil they should be trown on jail for life. Any kind of criminal: identity robers, DUIs, rappers, drug dealers, coyotes, etc, etc, etc... That's why I believe a comprehensive immigration reform would be that best thing to do: Background check everyone and you'll find out who shall be here and who deserves at least deportation. If I don't answer any more questions that will be because I was banned again. Merry Christmass Everybody.

Troll, "comprehensive reform," as the OBL euphimistically refers to a giant amnesty and pardon, would create an instant need for background checks on about 20 million illegal immigrants. Do you honestly believe that's going to happen? Basically, your comprehensive reform will only eliminate criminals in that, once the amnesty goes through, the criminals are, by definition, no longer criminals. They're all washed clean by a wave of a magical federal wand. Nevermind that trying to wash the criminality off of a lifelong criminal is like trying to wash the stink off a skunk.

Wrong, the Army doesn't accept illegals. You have to have legal residency...they only made some deals that would speed up their citizenship processing by serving in the military. BTW, it's IN the Army, not ON the Army!
