It’s cherry picking time on ABC’s World News. On Tuesday, former Clinton strategist, George Stephanopoulos, passed over damaging ABC News/ Washington Post survey results showing the public’s growing disdain over President Obama’s handling of the gulf oil spill disaster down from 49 to 44 percent.

Stephanopoulos passed over multiple oil spill stories and additional findings from the same poll that were unfavorable toward the President and his policies.

Instead, he gleefully touted how “we’ve got a new poll out tonight that shows the Tea Party movement may be losing steam nationwide.â€
