Nope. More inaccuracies. Trump never had funding for his wall. The only funding provided was for some small sector fencing placement already planned, minor upgrades and repairs. The 1.6 billion you keep touting was not funding for Trump's wall. Actually the last omnibus bill specifically denied Trump funding to build his border wall. It's an unfortunate fact, but none the less, it's a fact.

Are you talking about the 14 miles of secondary fencing in San Diego? Not a lot to thump your chest over considering it took 2 years to get it.

Yes, that one, the one in Calexico, the one in Santa Teresa, NM, the one in Yuma, AZ, the levee concrete wall in the Rio Grande Valley Sector near McAllen, TX, and some others. Then there's the 84 miles that was in your article and another 115 miles in Texas. BP has a list of these, there's 10 more top priorities they would like to do in the next two years and that's what the $5.7 billion is for. Trump got all the money for the other ones I've mentioned and is trying to get another $5.7 to do these next 10 projects, so says Border Patrol.

I love the tall see-through 30' foot American made steel "fences". They're beautiful.

I kind of like the metal bollard design. But it should have some bar welded on to it at vehicle height. Otherwise they will just ram some wedge through it enough to get a body through. A lot of these migrants are construction workers and they are not stupid.

What you're talking about is mostly replacement fencing, not Trump's border wall. Trump has not received any funding for a new border wall. The last omnibus bill he signed specifically prevents him from building a border wall. All he is authorized to do, as I've already said, is replace fencing, do some upgrades to already existing fencing, maintenance and repairs. For the most part the fencing you're talking about is not new fencing, it's replacement fencing. There is not one foot of Trump's campaigned for border wall. Oh, and there has not been "another" 115 miles of border wall or even fencing built in Texas ... just some replacement fencing. The priorities you're referring to do not equate to Trump's border wall. Priorities are just that, priorities, not a physical border wall built.

They use the bar to stand on and climb up over the fence, so it needs to be on the US side if they use the cross beam to support the structure. Putting them on the Mexico side, creates a ladder for them.

Yes, when you replace existing structures with new structures, the new structures and new structures. If someone tears down an old house and builds a new one in the same spot, what do you call that? I guess in your mind those new homes and new businesses and new roads don't exist, those new stores don't exist, all the investors, occupants and businesses occupying them and traffic driving on them and who built them don't exist in your alternate universe.

This is really too stupid to waste time and space on.
