More on Illegal Aliens Destroying Schools

Yesterday we reported on the coming destruction of schools in Lynn, Massachusetts because of the influx of non-English speaking illegal alien children. Today it gets worse and we’re wondering if the story will ever get better.

More than one-fifth of non-English speaking illegal immigrant children are being thrown into special education English courses in the Boston school system, bleeding taxpayers and stealing educational opportunities from hundreds of other students.
Teachers have been senselessly placing students who speak little to no English in special education classes, thinking that the kids just need a little push with mentoring to get their English skills up to par — when in reality they come from households and countries that don’t speak English, the Boston Herald reported.

This story could lend itself to really being two stories. This one on illegal immigration, plus one on the incompetence of “educators” who are working their tails off to destroy our schools, and doing an excellent job of it.

Even though Boston public schools are facing slashed budgets, the number of students getting additional and costly special educations continues to rise every year, wasting taxpayer’s cash and preventing hundreds of other students who actually need special education courses from getting what they deserve.
The Boston Public School system says that the way to correct the mistakes of placing non-English speaking kids in special education classes is to cater to them and hire “qualified bilingual assessors.”
“This is a stress on the entire system, and it is a stress that we need to have a conversation with our state and federal partners about resolving…”

That last quote is from Chelsea City Manager Jay Ash, and pay attention to the last five words in bold. Federal partners. In other words, “Cough up the cash Barack.”
More administrative staff won’t make any difference, and more teachers won’t make a difference either. These illegals will have to be “mainstreamed” eventually and their lack of any formal education before coming here makes them a disaster in the classroom. They are kids who may be 12 or 13 years old, with no formal education. The educators won’t see them put into first or second grade classes where they belong, they’ll put into “age appropriate” settings. Classes that they can’t succeed in. They’ll fail. And the blame will fall to a racist education system.
Today we suggested changing the name of the IRS to WTF. Right now, we’re thinking that WTF is a good name for the collected Federal and State Departments of Education.

Rules were simple at one time. You were required to stay in school until age 16. if you failed a grade, you repeated that grade, at age 21 you did not get any more free education, taxpayers only paid for first 12 grades, if you made it that far,you graduated.

Does anyone require any more explanation? No, I did'nt think you would! It is simple!

If they are 12 y/o but do not speak/understand English, kindergarten is the proper grade until they can compete on a first grade level. Free education up thru high school graduation or age 21, which ever comes first. Many, possibly most children will be able to achieve HS graduation in 6-9 years. Would that be simple enough?
