Republican Jewish Coalition Releases Scathing Ad Against Keith Ellison

The Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) has released a scathing ad on Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison’s stance towards Israel.
“Congressman Keith Ellison compared Israel to South Africa’s apartheid,” the narrator says. “Ellison even authored a letter pushing Israel to give security concessions to Hamas. Radical Democrat. Stridently anti-Israel.”
The ad mentions how Ellison has been named a member of the Democratic National Committee’s Platform Committee. Ellison was a strong supporter of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) during the Democratic primary and one of the few in Congress.
“Sadly, this isn’t the old Democratic Party,” the narrator says as it shows President John F. Kennedy. “It’s today’s Democratic Party,” the narrator says as Hillary Clinton appears on screen.

Elected Democrat and member of the Democrat Platform Cmte., Keith Ellison, is an anti-Israel zealot

Ellison was the first Muslim elected to federal office when he won his seat in 2006. Ellison also has had ties with Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam.

Ellison repeatedly has been regarded as one of the most liberal members of Congress.

He supported impeaching then-Vice President Dick Cheney, compared President George W. Bush to Hitler, and blamed Bush for the September 11 attacks.
